Surrounded by peaceful natural beauty, this retreat offers a perfect balance—seclusion and serenity with convenient access to the stunning Finger Lakes region. Discover picturesque landscapes, renowned wineries, and the welcoming charm of nearby towns. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this farmhouse is your ideal home away from home.

The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped for preparing group meals, with ample counter and cupboard space for all your ingredients and supplies. Gather around the farmhouse dining table, and enjoy meals together in a space designed for connection.

For indoor fun you can access the heated garage, which has been transformed into a sprawling game room complete with ping pong, air hockey, and a pool table and also has an EV charger. Above the garage, you’ll find additional sleeping quarters featuring three full-size beds, providing plenty of space for your guests to relax and unwind.

Please note: This property does not have televisions due to religious beliefs, encouraging quality time and screen-free fun. There is Wi-Fi for streaming on your personal devices

Step outside to enjoy your private outdoor oasis. Kids will love the large yard, while adults can relax around the fire pit or enjoy the warmth of the barrel sauna or Hot tub.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a reunion with friends, or just a peaceful escape, this farmhouse offers space, comfort, and the perfect Finger Lakes setting.

🐈🐕This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee up to 2 dogs.) Permission needed for more than 2. Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Failure to do so may result in an added fee of $100. Thank you🐈

Beautiful house in the country

Had an absolute blast staying at this property. Game room was amazing. Sauna got a ton of use. The property owner even stopped by and gave us some wood for the fire and some local honey. Would absolutely stay here again! Slept 14 people comfortably.
