Located in Landmark Resort, this condo has recently been remodeled. It has 2 beds (sleeps up to 4). This condo is perfect for getaways with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Landmark Resort! Appointed with a refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and private bathroom are included in this condo. You can also see the waterpark from the balcony.
Heated pools, Indoor pools, and a private balcony and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!
Conveniently located in the central part of Myrtle Beach, enjoy the DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!
Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.
Note: Spa 1 is closed due to aesthetic chase above the spa needing to be removed.
Spa 2,3, and 4 are closed for leak detection.

Currently, my husband and I own a high-rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
