Banana Bay is a beautiful Bay from home with a private pool, plenty of parking, and a more private location.

The first level is home to the spacious kitchen and living room areas. The large glass doors and windows allow for breathtaking Bay views from the kitchen, dining, and living room. The dining room table seats 8, comfortably. Both the dining area and the living room have access to the deck with seating.
A king bedroom is also on this level. The bathroom is a hall-access bathroom between the bedroom and the laundry room.

One level up you will find a king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a large tub and separate shower.
A sitting room with deck access is situated in the center of this top level. Another king bedroom and a room with two twin beds share a hall-entry bathroom.
All king bedrooms have views of the Bay.

The Bay-front pool and decks have ample seating. Just outside the pool area you will find a charcoal grill, fish cleaning sink, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The driveway has plenty of parking for multiple cars or even a boat/trailer.

The gulf beaches are just a few blocks away.

This is not a golf cart-friendly area.
