Bonito jardín y vista de cancha de tenis, ligera vista al mar. Este dos dormitorios con altillo tiene una nueva cama king en el dormitorio principal también pequeña televisión de pantalla plana. Cama Queen en loft que hace que este condominio sea cómodo para 3 parejas o familias numerosas. La nueva reina Hide a bed in living room es el sofá más cómodo. Cuarto de abajo tiene dos camas individuales nuevas. Bonitos muebles de ratán en las dos habitaciones. Sala de estar ofrece TV de pantalla plana grande. Bonita alfombra de 2 años, gris claro. Muy bien equipada cocina. Los baños tienen ducha y bañera insertos. Estilo elegante, limpio y acogedor.

Perfect Maui Getaway – Steps from the Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from Kihei town and steps away from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was truly magical. The place itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Maui and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Beach is a few steps away. 2nd floor awesome, didn’t flood, neighbors on first did.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #258 needs all new linens and towels. It's pretty run down and could use some TLC from its owners. The re-modeled bathrooms were great, but the kitchen and mish mash of furniture throughout was not. The pillows all need to be replaced too. It's a great complex, but this particular unit is not very nice and looks nothing like the photo

Great place and location

Really good overall - we had a very pleasant stay. I give it a solid four stars for the following reasons: Since there weren't any scrubby brushes or sponges or anything to clean the dishes with, it was hard to get dishes clean, like the pan we used to cook eggs. I noticed that a previous guest had dealt with the same thing; there was at least one dirty dish on the shelf. So if you buy scrubby sponges and use the bug spray if needed, and make sure to rinse the silverware before you use it since bugs would hide in that drawer (there were quite a few bugs in the kitchen/bathroom area on the main floor - I think they hide in the walls), it's a wonderful place! I know it's Hawaii, and bugs are to be expected there more than other places. I was grateful for how many towels were stocked, and there were some condiments and things, and we all slept well, and it was a great place to be! Just buy some sponges!

Aloha Brad We do apologize. We do have sponges. They just may have missed leaving it in the unit. Next time please let us know in the office we will gladly get you a sponge immediately. Any problems we will glady take care of immediately. If there are bugs we do spray. However, we can put more traps to keep out any little extra friends that might want to explore your place. Carpets were dirty there were lumps under the carpet and there were dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor. The amenities in the room were lacking. I have stayed at other units that were much better. This unit should be charging less money than other units of the same size.

I would book again in this complex but not this unit.I knew the unit was dated which I was ok with when I booked it; however, it was dirty. I noticed very dirty doors (around the door knobs) and the walls (close to the light switches were not clean). It was clear, those areas weren't cleaned in a very long time. I ended up cleaning them when we got there. I noticed the walls around the garbage bins were not cleaned (the ones in the bathroom and bedrooms). There was dried blood on the dresser in the primary bedroom. The carpets are showing their signs of wear and tear and were dirty. The bath and kitchen linens have stains on them. The side of the fridge and the wall behind the stove were dirty. The curtains to the patio had stains on them. Even the chair and couch had stains on them. It is clear that the cleaning crew does a quick clean. If you do rent them, please note there is no cookie sheet, no oven mitts and the knives are extremely dull. The kitchen table only has 3 chairs so we had to bring in patio chairs from outside so we can all sit together. Considering the unit can sleep 6-8, you would think the table would have more seating for the main table.

We love the location across from Kamaole Beach 3, the two pools, and the extensive green space on the property. It was also great to have restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The complex has a variety of options - one bedroom, two bedrooms, two bedrooms with a loft that can sleep up to 8 people. The beds in 258 were all very comfortable. Maintenance staff were available on site and responded quickly to any concerns,

It was clean, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. The beds are a bit soft for our liking, but that’s personal preference. The view is a bit obstructed, but you can see that from the pictures (and was still able to see the ocean and whales 😊)We would definitely stay here again.

Condo allure champêtre année 80. Seulement les salles de bain ont été rénovées. Très propre et bien entretenu. Situé à quelques minutes d’une magnifique plage. Près des toutes les commodités en moins de 10 minutes de voiture. Cependant, nous étions 6 et seulement 3 chaises pour manger à table, 3 pour la table extérieure. Très rudimentaire pour cuisiner, raison pour laquelle on loue un condo (en plus à un prix exorbitant).

The location was really convenient. Right across the road from Kam III Beach. Next to the Kehei Boat Ramp. Easy to get to the airport. Shopping nearby. There is an outdoor shower on the corner of the property that was VERY convenient. The condo itself had plenty of space with AC units we could turn on if we go too warm or ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Kitchen was fully equipped. Layout worked perfectly for our family. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a great time and the accommodations added to the experience. We were able to use the loft as a third bedroom which worked out well. The unit also had lots of extras (coolers, masks, etc) which was appreciated. Being directly across from Kam 3 was very handy.

It's pretty much close to everything and walking distance or very short rides to the best beaches. But we found it was hard to sleep as the fans are very slow and impossible to control and the air-conditioning only allowed till 10pm. So the lift are were my daughter slept was very hot with no air movement. This unit had a lot if towels for beach and beach chairs. It has an amazing collection of very good knives but not enough pots and pans if you really intend to cook.The staff was very nice. One if the kitchen cabinets doors was broken and I complained to the office in the morning, so it was fixed in the afternoon, very efficient! Overall we were pleased with our stay and the complex is very green, with the pool and grills.

Reviewer Comments: The overall maintenance of the condo complex was good, clean grounds and pool. Our condo had insufficient air conditioning, failing cabinets, burned out lights, stained carpet, cockroaches and uncomfortable beds. 2 other condos rented by our group had great, updated condos that we would be happy to rent. #258 needs a remodel.

Great location but needs updating

The location of the property was great. Walking distance to shops and the beach. The unit provided us with plenty of beach towels and chairs. The unit needs some updating. The furniture and carpet have seen their days. My biggest complaint was the cockroaches that came out on our last night. We trapped 5 huge ones! Gross. Overall, the place was okay. I would stay again if I knew the roaches would be gone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpets are extremely dirty and stained. Couch in living room is heavily stained. Rattan chairs in dining room very uncomfortable and probably on their last legs. Found 3 roaches in first two days(upstairs bathroom; downstairs bedroom; kitchen cupboard above stove). I contacted management and they came immediately and laid more roach traps and we did not see anymore. The kitchen drawers had not been cleaned before our arrival and they were full of crumbs, etc. The oven drawer had not been cleaned and there was old food crumbs and scraps all over the dishes that were stored there. No access to broom and dust pan until a few days before our departure. No baking sheet. This unit needs more large bowls (there was only one plastic one). The beds are comfortable. There is a good supply of beach chairs, toys, etc in sports cupboard off lanai.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a 2bed/2bath unit which also had a loft space with a queen size bed. This was perfect for our group of 4. The unit was setup with all the kitchenware needed and also a visit's worth of laundry and dish soap, plenty of towels, etc. We also took advantage of the shared bbq area a couple of times. The only drawback is that a/c units are only in the two bedrooms, while the rest of the unit has ceiling fans. Cooking in the kitchen was very warm and during the day the upper floor would get quite hot; the a/c units could not support the entire space. Maybe visiting during August is not the best for these, but we made due and enjoyed our week overall.The location is perfect, with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Right across the street from the beach.Office staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The only odd contact was on our first day, shortly after arrival. the phone rang and the person identified herself as the concierge. She offered a meet & greet in the morning, offering coffee/tea and pastries to orient us to what the area offered. When we met her the next morning, she was actually a travel/tour agent.
