Waiohuli Beach Hale es un pequeño complejo frente al mar situado en Cordoba Maui Hawaii. Esta propiedad tiene una gran sensación de la hawaiana con un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. Cada unidad está a pasos del mar y está situado en el centro de compras grandes, restaurantes, playas y está a minutos de los campos de golf de Wailea y Makena. Amazing spot

The place was all around perfect for our family of three. Great, ground level spot, close to the pool, an amazing beach, and convenient to coffee, grocery, and food truck spots. 10/10 recommend, will definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean condo

Clean, great for 2 adults/family, but the twin beds in 2nd room are not comfortable enough for adults. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We have stayed in this condo complex 4 times now and it really is an ideal location for Kihei. an adult.

Nice comfortable place and great communication.

This property is a great location, on the beach and close to grocery and restaurants. The place itself is comfortable and has all necessary accessories. Everything worked well and the communication prior to the trip was very good!

Very nice 5 days!

It was wonderful to stay at the Apartment C- 113. everything was very clean and there was enough of everything for the use of six persons. Very good! Only the folded sofa in the living-room doesn‘t have a good quality.

Within walking distance of stores and food trucks. Parking right next to unit. AC was nice. The unit could stand some renovations and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Had a water backup while we were there but they took care of it quickly. 10/10 would stay here again.

If you are use to a nicer updated Vrbo in a homeless person free area this is not for you. I feel like we waaaay overpaid for this place, but NYE in Maui prices will be higher. Just check you expectations before booking!

They were able to accommodate my early check-in as well and were very responsive. The only little problem I had was that I think the listing mentioned an in-unit washer dryer for my booking and this unit did not have one.

Beautiful oceanfront complex

The location of this property was very useful. Not only can you see the beach from the property, but you are within walking distance of grocery stores, nice restaurants, and plenty of other shops. This location in Kehei is ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to go too far from where they are staying. As for the property itself, it was just like the listing described. AC was very useful and the kitchen had all we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Kehei in an affordable way. Thank you Maui Rentals!

Great location!

The unit is certainly not modernized but it definitely has everything you need! Only 2 things I’d recommend the owner do is 1) have a bin for cans in the condo so when bringing to the garbage it’s easier, and 2) have a smaller cooler to bring to beach. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys were great to have! Mahalo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (two adult couples) rented Waiohuli Beach # C-113 in March 2023. We found the rental to be clean, nicely located and well stocked. The unit has a lovely setting on the beach with a pool. Oddly, the pool requires a code to get in (makes sense) and to get out (crazy). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit.

Not the best, not the worst

I’ve been to maui 8 times. Stayed a condos each time. So I have a good idea of what to expect. The plus side to this unit is location. Central to Kihei. It has a beautiful court yard and pool. The beach of course is amazing. Down sides. Very dated inside. Both bedrooms have frosted shutter style windows that don’t offer much of a view. Cupboards are sticky on the outside. Oh. And Ants. ANTS ANTS ANTS everywhere. In the kitchen. In the bathroom. In the bedroom. The listing states to keep the kitchen area clear of dirty dishes, which we did. To no avail. They do provide ant spray which is nice. Even though there are plus point to this unit I would not recommend this unit or stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented other Waiohuli Beach Hale properties in the past. We are very happy with the location and general condition of the property. It is a great place for families. We had 2 minor issues with this particular unit.1. The unit is a bit dated and could use some upgrading (kitchen and appliances are dated) when compared to other units.2. We killed at least 8 large cockroaches during our 10 day stay. Usually 1 each morning. When we mentioned this to 2 of our friends who were staying in different units, they did not have this problem.

Amazing location

The location is unbeatable! Right next to the ocean, the pool is big and warm. The beach is not crowded and possibly one of the prettiest we’ve seen in Maui, we all had a blast! Oh and very close to grocery store.
