- Fully Stocked Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze.

Less than 10 minutes away from Children's Hospital Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, and Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. Denver International Airport is just 25 minutes away. Both downtown and Cherry Creek are 15 minutes, Dick's Sporting Goods Park is 15 minutes, and Central Park, Stanley Marketplace, and Northfield are 5-10 minutes.



The two-car garage is available for parking, as well as the front driveway and street parking.
