All the local roads are ATV access routes leading to one of Maines most desirable ATV trail systems, or the snowmobile trails (ITS89) are less than 100 yards away, where you can head for hundreds of miles of trails in Canada, or spend a day doing lunch at a snowmobiler favorite Pittson Farms! Jackman is known for some of the greatest white tail deer hunting in November. Maine moose hunting in Jackman is a treat as well if you're lucky enough to be drawn for a permit. ATV/snowmobile rentals are available in Jackman from 201 Powersports. If you love hiking, you'll find some of the most beautiful views and natural waterfalls Maine has to offer.
