Beautiful hidden gem on Otisco Lake!

Newly remodeled with everything brand new, this fresh and thoughtfully planned out summer home will have you coming back year after year!
The private lake front has a dock and mooring should you bring a boat. Come enjoy the water, the sunsets and sunrises! We are excited to host you!

Please note: The 2nd bedroom on the lower level has exterior access only. It is not meant for young children. This area contains a full bathroom, wet bar, TV area and 2 twin beds. The upper porch has a full futon that would be more appropriate for younger guests.

There are stairs leading from the parking areas to the entrance of the home as well as from the deck down to the lake. Please consider mobility issues before booking.

You will need a car to get to and from the cottage. There is ample parking when you arrive.

Guests staying in May & September- October 31 should note that the home has 2 portable heat sources and a wood burning stove. It does not have forced air heat throughout.

The dock goes in late May and comes out late-September. You will still have access to the lake but no dock during those early May/autumn times.

!!! The water comes directly from Otisco Lake. While the lake is very clean and the water is filtered for sediment, guests are encouraged to bring bottled water for drinking and making ice. Water from the tap is fine for coffee & cooking.
No parties or large gatherings. This is stated elsewhere in the Airbnb agreement as well. Absolutely no smoking.
