There is also a two person kayak, and a canoe for your use. There is a dining table in the kitchen as well as a larger one that extends for additional seating in the dining room.The basement is unfinished, but does have a full bath and a pool table for use as well as a laundry room. The three season room has sliders that open to the yard. The large family room has a flat screen TV with lots of comfortable seating. A ten minute drive will get you to the grocery store, shopping, and many local attractions, and there are many other things to see in the area including the beautiful Filmore Glen State Park.
