This Park City home is an ideal retreat for families, nestled in a tranquil neighborhood that offers both privacy and convenience. Enjoy convenient access to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, Main Street / Old Town and summer recreation at the Jordanelle (all within a 5-15 minute drive) this home is perfectly situated for those who value peaceful living and space with easy access to area amenities. Fishing the Provo River, boating or swimming at Jordanelle, hiking, and biking are at your fingertips at this mountain retreat in the summer.

The home features sweeping mountain views from a private balcony with a BBQ grill, a private hot tub for après-ski relaxation, and an open-concept living area filled with natural light. The great room centers around a cozy fireplace, while the chef's kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and ample seating for gathering and dining.

Downstairs, the lower level offers a dedicated family hub—a spacious game and theater room that doubles as the home's fourth bedroom. Outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunks and plush lounge seating, it's ideal for teens and kids to have their own space for movie nights, games, or just hanging out—distinct from the main living area. A full bath is conveniently located nearby, making it fully functional as a bedroom.

Primary Suite (Upper Level): King bed with ensuite bath, soaking tub, walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private deck access.
Second Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, flat-screen TV, shared full bath.
Third Bedroom (Lower Level): Queen bed, flat-screen TV, shared full bath.
Theater/Bunk Room (Lower Level): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds and additional seating, full bath adjacent.

Guests will also enjoy walking-distance access to Black Rock Mountain Resort, featuring The Overlook restaurant, On the Rocks bar, and the Black Rock Ice Arena for skating and events.

This home is pet friendly allowing one small breed dog -- guests must provide notification including breed within 24 hours of booking, execute the Rental Agreement Pet Addendum, and pay a cleaning surcharge (total cleaning cost 3x the listed cleaning charge, covers deep cleaning + carpet cleaning).

Excellent Ski Trip With Friends

Another excellent Park City ski adventure and this place was a perfect place to post up our HQ for the long weekend. While the downtown was busy with the festival this was an excellent retreat to recharge before shredding the slopes another day.

Great weekend getaway.

First time visiting the park city area. Townhome was located perfectly for our dive at Homestead Crater and our day of skiing in Park city. Also appreciated the bunks in the theater room - worked perfectly for our boys and the room was far enough away from the main floor master that we didn't hear a thing. Plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Definitely staying here again!

We loved this property! The theatre room has plenty of space and mattresses for our kids to have a big sleepover with their friends. Our 5 year old was obsessed with the foosball table and everyone loved the hot tub! It was spacious enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It is also really close to Park City! Loved everything about this place!

The house was great for our family. We had things in Park City and in Oakley. This home was just 15 minutes from each. It was also only 10 minutes to grocery stores.The home was clean (the most important item for me) and beds were very comfortable. I needed to contact the host once and they responded right away.This home is close to one of the main roads so you do hear road noise when outside but inside you don't notice it.We spent some time on the balcony in the evening and that was a nice way to end the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Feels like HOME!

This house is perfect for a family ski trip to Park City without being caught up in the hustle! Just a short drive to the slopes yet in the evenings you're away from the tourists! Perfectly appointed with everything you need to feel at home. The private hot tub is perfect for relaxing and star gazing at night. The kids will absolutely love their room in the basement with plenty of beds, couches and even a projector TV! Did I mention foosball table and games. We loved our stay and would love to return next year!

Perfect for us

This is a very nice condo. It is in a nice and safe neighborhood. We brought our 3 young adult daughters and their spouses. There was plenty of space and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game tables as well as the theater room. This was clean and had nice appliances and everything we needed. Right off the highway so close to everything we wanted to do. You do have to drive places since this is a neighborhood. You can’t walk to the store or shops etc. We enjoyed this beautiful home!

Amazing house and location

My husband and I booked this rental for a week with our 2 boys (3 & 6). The house was a perfect setup and had so much space for the kids to run around and play in, especially the media room. Bedrooms were all great, and the 2 downstairs weren’t overly high off the ground so I wasn’t concerned about the boys sleeping in them. All of the amenities in the house were great, especially having a washer dryer, kitchen with all the appliances we would need, and garage to get the car out of the snow. Location is great, easy to get to the mountain. We are planning on booking again!

Awesome house! Wonderful staff!

Can't say enough about the staff at Mountain West. Once I booked this amazing house, Mountain West kept me updated about my reservation,amenities, local things to do and even called me to make sure I was taken care of prior to our trip. The house ...AMAZING! We had 6 adults, kids: 4yr, 1.5yr and 6mos and each person was completely entertained the whole time. The TV room downstairs with 4 bunk beds, a movie size TV screen, Foosball table, games, hot tub...it was glorious. The kitchen was loaded with spices and great pans, silverware - a very pleasant suprise. We all would highly recommend this house and staff. Our trip was EPIC! Thank you all.
