Preciosa casa adosada a orillas del lago acaba de finalizar a finales de 2004. Este 1800 pies cuadrados casa ha sido construido y decorado con impecable atención al detalle y cuenta con espectaculares vistas al lago ya las montañas que se puede apreciar desde la envoltura de 1000 pies cuadrados alrededor de la cubierta.

Ver la góndola de Deer Valley desde su ventana de la cocina. Disfrutar del esquí en invierno en Deer Valley, Park City, Cañones - a sólo minutos de distancia. Lovely stay

We came for the week to ski deer Valley and we could not have been happier with our accommodations. Felt like home away from home. We love sitting by the fire after a long day on the slopes. the kitchen was just perfect for cooking our evening meal. We will for sure come again.

Beautiful View

Clean place and has all you need for cooking! Beautiful view of Heber Lake out the windows and deck. Very comfortable beds. All the Park City shops are just a few minutes down the highway. Great place to stay!

Comfortable townhouse

This is a roomy and comfortable townhouse. We skied Deer Valley for the week and this was the perfect location. The new Keetly lift in the East Village is a quick 5 minute drive to the parking lot. easy to get back at the end of the day. neighborhood is nice for walking the dog. there is a lot of construction is the area, but manageable.

Ski Vacation

Well appointed and comfortable townhouse accomodated us and our three adult children for a one-week February ski trip. The views from the home were beautiful. Several miles drive to go anywhere to eat or ski, but rather have the peace and quiet than the hustle and bustle of Park City. Having a garage to park in was also very nice to have.

So glad you enjoyed your stay, Jeff and yes, the views from the house are really beautiful! Just to clarify for future guests, the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola is about a mile from the house and around a 3 minute drive. You may have skied Park City but most of our guests ski Deer Valley as it is so convenient. Main Street Park City is usually a 10–15-minute drive depending on traffic. Thanks again for staying with us!

Beautiful property in pristine location.

Property is spacious, well appointed, and excellently maintained. Views are wonderful of ski area, mountains, and Lake Jordanelle. Wrap around elevated deck is a real plus. Owners are responsive and very accommodating. Garage is large enough for 2 full sized SUVs. Proximity to skiing, hiking, diving (Crater), cycling, etc., is marvelous. Will visit again!

convient - All you need

This was a great choice for us. Although it was just two of us, there is plenty of room for a lot more. Great convenience with location. Communication with Clare was excellent. Not sure I would consider this luxury and I would say there are some repairs and maintenance needed that would make it nicer but all in all, for a rental, we were satisfied and will book again.

This property and location were great! Very quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Park City! We did have a few small hiccups (the air conditioner broke and had a small wasp issue on the deck) but Clare was responsive and got them taken care of! I do want to note, there is construction going on across the street (does not hinder the view from the deck and was not an issue for us at all) but just something to be aware of! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Quiet spot with beautiful views

We really enjoyed the ease of staying in this property. The owner permitted us to arrive a day early and easy extend our reservation on the end. We used this as a place to stay while construction at our own home finished up. It was cozy and comfortable, all the amenities one would need for both an extended stay and a ski vacation. 15 min drive from old town and 3 min drive from the deer valley gondola. Quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views and a great deck/bbq area. We felt extremely welcomed and will recommend to everyone considering a stay.

Great place to experience a Park City Adventure

Booking with Clare was straightforward and she was quick to respond. The house is accurately described and the pictures are a true representation. The kitchen has ample cooking supplies and like many VRBOs has the usual left over spices, etc. The house is literally 10-20 minutes away from everything...Park City, the Olympic training center, UTV rentals, zip lining, white water rafting and mountain biking. The deck was a great feature to have morning coffee and relax after a day of adventure.

Comfortable, Quiet and an expansive view!

We spent a week here enjoying the early autumn weather of Park City and Deer Valley just as the leaves were beginning to change color. No disappointments as everything met our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the mornings on the spacious deck with unending views of the lake and mountains. The location was 10 minutes from Main Street restaurants and shopping but just far enough away in a quiet neighborhood setting. Our host Clare was attentive and and made sure all our needs were met. If you’re looking for a comfortable home away from home in a serene mountain setting we highly recommend this one.

Perfect property for family ski trip!

This was the perfect home for our recent ski vacation. The location is great with the Deer Valley gondola only 5min down the road. On the days we had to drive to the main lodge to drop our 5yr old off at ski school the drive time was still less than 15min door to door. The house itself is very comfortable, with a great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The wrap around porch made for a wonderful and safe place for our two little ones to play in the snow. Finally, baby items provided like the pack and play, high chair and stair gate made our travel a lot lighter. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can!

Loved our stay

We stayed the last 2 weeks of July and it was unseasonably hot; therefore, the AC had a hard time keeping up since there's only one unit. To keep the temps down, we had to keep the blinds pulled in all windows. The upstairs was a little warm for us at night. Luckily we brought fans and there were a few fans there as well. That's the only negative thing I would say. The owner was amazing and responded quickly for our needs. The views were spectacular and the location between Park City and Heber City was convenient for us.

Regarding the AC, it was just serviced before the summer and was working great. Our house has been booked constantly and we have had no issues. I checked the system daily on the app to make sure it was working well, and it was consistently in the 66-68 degrees, which should have been pretty cool, so I am sorry if that was not a comfortable temperature for you.

Great location, quick drive to all your winter activities!

This property provided the perfect place for my family for a weekend trip to the area for a nordic ski race. Easy drive to Park City, Heber City, Midway, Soldier Hollow, etc. Great location with quick highway for access to everything in the area. House was extremely clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with items for our stay, and little touches to make it extra welcoming. We were grateful for the spacious garage with space for our ski equipment and vehicle. Wifi service was perfect as we had two kids in virtual classes during our stay. The townhouse had a giant deck which would be wonderful to enjoy on a warmer visit. Our host, Clare was so accommodating with our late arrival and any questions we had prior or during our stay. Her communication was always prompt and helpful. A very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend staying here.

Best Ski Vacation

We rented the townhouse for a month of skiing at Deer Valley. The townhouse had everything we needed with excellent views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, a portion of Deer Valley, and the surrounding mountains. The townhouse location was perfect for skiing. It was less than a 5-minute drive to the Deer Valley East Village parking lot. From where we parked the car, it's a 30 second walk to where the Deer Valley shuttle picked us up and delivered us to the ski slope. During our stay, we had one minor appliance issue. We contacted the owner, and the issue was taken care of the next day. This location allows you easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping in Park City, Heber City and Midway without having to deal with traffic. The highway is a minute from the townhouse, and you can travel down to the appropriate exit thereby avoiding the Park City traffic. In summary, great location, the townhouse had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive to our needs.

My husband and I live in Tarzana, CA with our 2 children. I am originally from Dublin, Ireland and he is from Lyon, France. I worked in the investment business for 15 years before devoting myself full time to our real estate business and our 2 kids. We both have family in Europe and try to get back there as often as possible.
We love the California outdoor lifesyle and weather and enjoy hiking, biking, tennis and skiing when we have a chance.

My husband and I purchased our property pre-construction in 2004. We fell in love with the wonderful lake and mountain views. We loved the proximity to the Deer Crest gondola and also the Jordanelle national park, which is great in the summer. We feel like we have 2 different vacation homes as the area looks completely different in summer and in winter. In summer we love to hike and bike and just camp out at the Jordanelle while in winter, we can be on the slopes in a few minutes.

We were the first to purchase in the area and we were able to get the builder to add lots of extras, like our huge 1000 sqft deck, Lutron dimmer switches everywhere, integrated surround sound, custom shower and jacuzzi bath in the master.

We love spending time at the house and sharing it with friends and guests. We hope to enjoy it with our 3 kids for many years to come.
