We hate that a few things took away from your stay, especially the barking dog next door. While we can't control the neighbors' pets, we know that can be annoying when you're trying to relax. The home doesn't come with basic cable, though we're sorry YouTube TV gave you trouble too. Guests who stayed after you haven't mentioned any TV problems, so it seems this may have been a one-time issue. We wish we'd heard about that and the bathroom problems while you were there so we could've looked into them right away. The toilet and shower handle have since been fixed, and we're having the grout, bathroom fixtures, and mattresses checked. We're also taking another look at the sheets and furnishings to see what would make the place feel more inviting for longer stays. We appreciate you pointing out these details!
