Esta propiedad cuenta con 2 salas de estar, un comedor, y cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno. Great house for a large family!

We loved staying at this home while we enjoyed a skiing weekend Logan and surrounding areas! Great floor plan with plenty of beds and open areas to hang out in. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt very at home & comfortable.

The home was very well suited for our family and the 8 of us that slept very comfortably. It was clean and neat and had wonderful amenities. We would stay again.

Home was lovely and well accommodating for our family.

The home was very clean and ready for us. Everything was where they said it would be and we needed extra sheets the property manager brought us a set of sheets by that night. Very very helpful person. The home and the property were very well taken care of.

Just ok

We were very excited to stay at this property for our getaway ( based on the great reviews) but once we arrived just the first impression was not appealing: What looked like furniture sitting at the front of the house ready to be thrown away? Just not welcoming to us. The owners are kind but if you are looking for privacy this is not it. They were very close to the house and we felt like we didn’t have our space. They were also working on the back yard with their fence and that went past 9:00pm ( we had a baby with us and it just didn’t feel like that was respectful especially if you have guests). Our last night we even had someone walking around the property with a flash light (that’s just made us very uncomfortable). We also had issues with bugs and the place really needs pest control because we were pretty itchy at night with what we think were bugs from maybe old mattresses?! ( we have never experienced this) and killing pretty big spiders.. We hoped our stay was more enjoyable but it was disappointing and we were glad to leave.

We had the best time with our HS friend retreat. After like 40 years of not seeing each other we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was warm, comfortable, safe. Felt like we were home. Thank you 🙏❤️🏠

Lovely property but lacks basic commodities

My wife wanted to get away for a weekend for her birthday. We have 6 kids so it’s pretty special when we’re able to have some quiet time away. The property manager uses email instead of VRBO to communicate check in instructions, it made it more complicated than it needed to be but we got them. My wife’s favorite thing is to take a really hot bath without kids constantly bugging her. We rented this property mainly because the master bathroom has a 2 person jetted tub. When we arrived we were sorely disappointed to find out that the master tub was not working. Literally the only reason we rented this house was for the tub and we were never warned it wasn’t functioning. We tried to shake off the bad mojo as there was a second smaller jetted tub in another bathroom. My wife began to fill the tub only to find out that the hot water in the house doesn’t actually get steamy hot, it just gets warm/ hot and the hot water only lasted a few minutes before turning cold. I tried reaching the property owner to see if he could help but he unfortunately didn’t respond until a couple of hours later. I wound up boiling water on the stove to try to give my poor, worn out, tired birthday wife a hot bath. She gave up on the bath after a bit and accepted the fact that she wasn’t going to get a nice bath for her birthday. Her next favorite thing to do is to turn on Netflix and watch her favorite movies with me. We went to turn on the TV and they only have old systems that are hooked up to DISH TV, so no Smart TV and no Netflix or Hulu. We were 0 for 2. Luckily the local restaurants came through for us and the food was great. Every time we took a shower we would have to turn the hot water all the way on and it would get warm enough to shower for a few minutes before going cold again after a short time. Not having something as basic as steamy hot water readily available, really put a damper on the entire weekend. To be fair the owner did offer to come look at the water heater but it was Saturday night and it meant he would have to come into the master bedroom, closet area to do so. We were both tired and in our pajamas so we declined as we were leaving the next day. If they could get the hot water figured out, tub fixed, update their TV situation to Smart Streaming TV’s, this property would be a solid 5 starts. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the decor is nicely done. Wouldn’t recommend this property until the hot water issues are resolved.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us (6 adults). Only negative is the pool in the backyard behind the house that was very loud when kids were there playing. It sounded like the kids were right in our yard and often people parked in the driveway taking up our parking spots.

Great Place

We had a great time at this location. The owner was easy to work with. We had 8 adults in our party and had enough room to enjoy ourselves. We thought it was a very nice place for a reunion.

Nice house in a beautiful town

My friends and I stayed at this property while we attended a wedding in Smithfield. We were most excited about the jacuzzi but found out it was broken when we got there. There was confusion about the wifi but it was sorted out within half a day. The place was clean, nice and comfortable. Overall, would recommend staying here - it's great for 4 couples!

Needs Updates

Be aware - the owners live in essentially the back yard (yard is connecting to an the adjacent house), which was a bit odd. Instead of calling or texting, they knocked on the back door, which we found a bit unsettling. The property description has said for over a year that a pool is being built, but it still hasn't been finished. There is no use of the backyard, especially since there will be other people back there from the other house. Doesn't feel like you really have privacy. The house looked so cute from the outside, but needs some improvements inside. One of the bedrooms has one vent, and its under the bed which made it super hot while the rest of the house was on the normal to cold side (in the summer). Couldn't move the bed from the wall to get airflow because the bed is drilled into the wall. One thing that was great was the beds - super comfy! They were also flexible about doing a late checkout, which was nice although it was hard to get a hold of them during the check in process to figure out how we could get access to the house.

Family Together for Wedding

We used this home to spend 3 nights for a family wedding. 4 bedrooms enabled us to all stay in the same place and not 2 or 3 rooms at a hotel. The kitchen and great room served as an ample living area with kids and adults all happy. The back yard was not available due to construction - not included in rating.

2nd visit to property

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. It was a good fit for us and had plenty of space for our family to gather and visit. The property manager was very attentive with getting us a few extra things that we needed. They also allowed us to check in early and leave a little later. They are building a pool in the back yard and occasionally someone would pop up doing work in the back yard but it didn’t hinder anything that we had going on.

A Short Drive to Utah State

It's tough to find a good place for families to stay when visiting Logan and Utah State, and this home fits the bill very nicely. Clean, well appointed, plenty of room to gather, and the drive into Logan is only a few minutes; much closer than you might expect. Great host!

Nothing lacking.

A perfect place for our family for Christmas. Plenty of room. 2 large gathering areas. Plenty of off-street parking. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with pots, pans grIddle, and utensils, etc. (everything you'd need for a group) and we were able to cook and bake everything we had planned. If we had questions the owner responded within minutes. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the home. It was a clean and beautiful home. They even had a Christmas tree which was a special touch. Close to stores but in a quiet neighborhood.
