Vintage Charmer Entire Home Near Logan

A newly remodeled old home that looks old but isn't. It was remodeled to represent the era in which it was built. It is a charming and comfortable space that feels just like home, or maybe your classy grandmas house because of the charm. It has remained in our family for years and years and we are happy to share it. Sleeps 9 in beds, 2 on a sofa sleeper, and 2 on air mattresses. Sparkling clean and high quality luxurious linens and bedding. Pack and Play in the closet if needed. Highchair available upon request. BBQ Grill with utensils(Spring & Summer), outside table and chairs in warm weather. You'll find ingredients to make waffles for breakfast. Coffee and Coca also provided as well as basic spices and condiments. All the comforts of home.

Did we mention tons of board and card games and books are provided along with toys for the little tots.

Reminder: No Pets or Smoking of any kind inside or outside or on the property. This is not a party house.

Awesome stay in a quiet neighborhood

The blooming trees in the front yard were beautiful. It was great to hang out on the front porch on a glorious spring day. The house remodeling was really cool too. The house had everything we needed. Close to Logan. Would stay here again.

Great Property In Beautiful Neighborhood

We rented this house plus Rustic Abode next door for family and friends to attend our daughter’s wedding in Logan. Both houses were fabulous, the owner was above and beyond helpful and the neighborhood was beautiful. Highly recommend all of the owner’s properties.

Vintage Charmer was charming!

A group of 7 ladies stayed at the Vintage Charmer while attending a conference at Utah State. The location was a straight shot to the campus, the home was clean and just as advertised. We would absolutely stay at this darling home again. Everyone loved it and said it was the highlight of the trip. Thank you!

Lovely house, lovely visit

Our family had all the necessities and really enjoyed our stay. Loved everything about the bedding, toiletries and linens, and supplies in the kitchen. Took coffee on the front porch to watch the birds, and used the grill to make burgers for dinner on game night (thanks for the board games!). We would definitely stay again while visiting the Logan/USU area.

Better than expected

This property is adorable. I knew that when I booked it and I knew it was an older home, so I worried that it might have some old home issues like musty smells etc. While it did have creaky floors, we found it charming, and the cleanliness was immaculate. We were very pleased.

Beautiful home, had everything we needed

The home looks even better in person, and was fun to hang out in. Kitchen worked great, and the property manager very quickly helped with the one minor thing that came up. We hope we can stay again!

Great family stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house was as advertised, clean, and set up with everything we needed, including ample shelves and dressers for storage. There were also some thoughtful things included in the kitchen such as popcorn, panacake mix and hot chocolate. The house was decorated for Christmas, and we felt lucky to have a tree for Christmas morning. The snow in the yard was another bonus, and provided so much fun. Thank you for the stay. We would definitely recommend this property to another family!

The BEST EVER!!!!

WE loved the property. It was very clean but authentic and upgraded too. Loved the kitchen and all the vintage items. Everything was immaculate. The waffles supplies were very welcome and enjoyed by all. Every detail for a wonderful experience was included even 2 eggs for the waffles! It felt like going home to my own grandparents home. I feel I know the Reeders a bit now. I even stayed at he house at times rather than with the extended family because it was so peaceful. I could not have asked for anything better. Just one thing.... It was be great to see a begore and after photos of the renobvations. You have done an awesome job. Thanks You!!!!

Very clean older home with everything we needed.

Older home with four bedrooms. Two rooms are upstairs. Stairs can be difficult to climb for older people possibly but we had no issues. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a long enjoyable weekend in this home.

I am from the city of Hyde Park and consider it the best place to raise a family. It's so close to Logan and all of the shopping I like to do, but still feels out of way of the hustle and bustle. I love to paint, sew and do anything creative. I like to stay busy. I love helping others to. I look forward to meeting our guests and sharing this lovely valley with them. It was fun preparing this new home for our future guests, we hope you love it! I clean this house cleaner than the hospital so our guests will feel special. We enjoy being close to the Logan Temple and soon to be Smithfield Temple. I hope you love this area and home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Vintage charmer that was remodeled to look like the original home in the 1900's. Parking in the driveway and in front of the home. Great family neighborhood. This home was the owners great grandmother's home. Decorated really quaint. You will feel right at home! You can use the yard to. Located in a small town surrounded by the mountains all around. Just 10 minutes away from Logan and USU Campus, access to parks, shopping, golf, skiing, restaurants, opera. Eccles ice arena and so much more. This home is next to two other short term rentals if you need more space. Each property has a large yard with lots of grass and trees.
