Guest access
Guests will have access to the private use of the house. There is a locked owner’s storage room in the front (smaller) bedroom.

CAMERAS: There are three cameras on the property.
(1) One that views the front porch
(2) One that views the backyard door
(3) One that views the front patio
**These are only monitored when needed.

PETS: Dogs are welcome! Our yard is fully fenced, making it a safe space for your furry friends to roam. Responsible pet owners will appreciate the large dog kennel, poop bags, scooper, dog door, and bowls we provide. For their safety, please kennel pets if they are left alone in the cabin. We ask guests to pick up after their pets during their stay. To keep our furniture in great condition, pets should stay off the furniture. However, we do provide covers for the couch and chairs to help avoid any damage. Please note, the damage protection plan does not cover pet-related damage.

BEDROOM: The 3rd bedroom (with the twin trundle) has frosted skylights and ceiling high windows that view the trees. For this reason, this room can be bright despite shades on the other windows.

PROPANE: We attempt to ensure propane in the firepit but it is not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.

PROTECTION PLAN: A $35 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $1,000. We are on septic and the protection plan does not cover septic damage.
