*PLEASE NOTE that Broadside, Headwind, and Living Room #2 have had beds moved around since the photoshoot. The descriptions below reflect the current bed setup.*

TITAN:

Captain’s Quarters (3rd Floor) – A private sanctuary with a king-size bed, an ensuite spa bathroom, a 50” Smart TV, and a private deck leading to the rooftop deck.

Broadside (3rd Floor) – Nautical-inspired with a queen bed, a twin bed, custom wood walls, and a large workspace perfect for getting some quiet work done.

Headwind (2nd Floor) – Features two twin bunk beds, a closet, dresser, and a private deck.

Cutwater (2nd Floor) – A queen-size retreat with a 50” Smart TV, closet, and dresser.

Admiral (2nd Floor) – Spacious king-size room with a 50” Smart TV, closet, and dresser.

Tailwind (2nd Floor) – A queen-size bed, work desk, walk-in closet, and dresser.

Living Room #2 (2nd Floor) – Tucked away from the seating area we have a twin daybed with a trundle.

THE NEST:

Primary Suite – A cozy retreat in a sunken room featuring a plush king-size bed, a 50” Smart TV, and ample storage space. The entrance is framed by a charming louvered door, allowing for a light, airy feel while still maintaining privacy.

Bedroom #2 – Located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy, this serene space features a king-size bed, a 50” Smart TV, and a dresser. A solid door ensures a quiet and secluded atmosphere, perfect for restful nights.

TITAN:

Each of the four full bathrooms is stocked with plush towels, luxury toiletries, and all essentials needed for your stay. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi, walk-in shower and sizable closet. The second bathroom is located between bedrooms #3 and #4 and has a shower/tub combo. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is located between The Game Room and bedroom #6. The final bathroom is located on the first floor, right around the corner from the kitchen for convenience, and has a walk-in shower.

THE NEST:

The recently renovated bathroom offers a spa-like experience, complete with a walk-in shower, luxury toiletries, and soft, fluffy towels to enhance your stay.

Living Room #2 (2nd Floor) – Designed for fun and relaxation, featuring arcade games, a foosball table, a projector screen, a gas fireplace and a built-in surround sound speaker system. As mentioned above, there are two twin-size bunk beds in this room.

The heart of The Nest is a warm and inviting open-concept space. As you step inside, the cozy living room welcomes you with a comfortable couch and two chairs, perfect for reminiscing about the day’s adventures.

Just off the living room, the well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Start your morning with a freshly brewed cup from the fully stocked coffee bar. The adjacent dining area features a table with seating for four, making it an ideal space to share meals and laughter with loved ones.

GUEST ACCESS

The driveway in the front of the home has room for 2 cars, and 2 additional cars can park in the garage. There is an extra parking lot around the side of the home where 6 more cars can park.

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The 2-car garage as well as the washer/dryer in both spaces are available for guest use.

There are a mix of portable AC units and wall-mounted heat pumps throughout each home. Each bedroom has its own portable AC unit.

You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. 2 dog maximum, $250 pet fee applied to reservation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Dog Guidelines:

- We have wonderful neighbors and the last thing we want to do is disturb them. If we are alerted of excessive barking we will need to ask guests to remove the dog from the property for the remainder of the stay. Please do not book this property if your dog is known to bark excessively.

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

- No dogs left home alone, no exceptions.

- 2 dog maximum, $250 pet fee applied to reservation.

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
