This is a great apartment just 2 blocks from the center of Winooski making it an easy walk to the amenities and even UVM. Errin keeps a beautiful and clean apartment. Check-in and parking were easy with good communication. Who knows, if the kid gets into UVM, we might make this our home base for future visits! Would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for our stay during UVM family weekend. Our daughter wanted a homecooked meal and to watch a family movie, and it was a comfortable space for this. It was only a 10 minute drive to campus or downtown Burlington, and didn't break the bank.

This apartment in an older home was warm and inviting. All furniture including beds were incredibly comfortable. Wood floors were original and well cared for. Front porch was a delight!Errin was very responsive and made us feel welcome and cared for. I would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment and great location

The apartment was roomy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood just about a block from the main street in Winooski, a beautiful little town on the Winooski River. There are great restaurants and a brewery in town, which is only a couple of miles from both Burlington and the airport. Highly recommend!

Fabulous midway point stay!

This apartment was everything we needed for the midway point on our long roadtrip! We stopped here for the night between home and our final vacation destination of Bar Harbor, ME and it was everything we could have hoped for and MORE!Super, super clean!Comfy beds with soft sheets and plenty of pillows!Great big, soft towels!Shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower was a really nice touch, as it kept us from having to unpack everything! Zero noise from the apartment above!Plenty of great food within walking - hit the Dumb Luck Pub and Grill! You will not be disappointed! Super easy check-in and checkout and great communication with the owner!!!Almost as good as being at home for the night!This was a great stay away from home for us! We will definitely stay again if we are in Winooski again! Thank you so much Errin!!!

Roomy, well-stocked, updated appliances. AC units only in bedrooms - kitchen/living/dining rooms get warm in summer. The host offered to put another AC unit in the living room, but never did. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen - everything you need to cook for yourself. Is obviously dog-friendly as there is pet hair on beds and carpet - not a lot, but enough to notice.

Stocked!

This place was the most stocked rental I’ve ever seen! Errin is very responsive and a great host. It’s an older unit that doesn’t have a dishwasher and the yard is not maintained which doesn’t give a great first impression, but don’t let that fool you. It’s darling inside with very very comfortable beds and pillows, it feels clean, and it’s a quiet location that is central to everything. We had great sleep and a great stay here, and would stay here again.

Great spot in Winooski

My husband, a friend, my son and I stayed at Errin's place the night before the Vermont City Marathon. It was very conveniently located and had lots of amenities. Parking was easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and cozy.

My parents and boyfriend came to VT with me for my graduation from Champlain College. We decided to book a Vrbo instead of two hotel rooms. Other listings didn't have basic necessity items such as a coffee maker, towels, etc., or at least didn't make it clear they provided them. When I came across this listing, everything was clear as to what was provided, that the apartment was close to what we needed, and was a great price. We decided to book and we are happy we did. It was cozy and had everything the listing said. It was centrally located and the host left great detail to where things are located. We will stay there again when we revisit VT.

The most comfortable bed!

We stayed for 2 nights and were going to do a marathon and i was worried that a bad bed would spoil my sleep. But no need to have worried. The king bed that i slept in was one of the most comfortable that i have ever slept in. The place was cozy, functional and so close to downtown winnooski.

Cozy, Comfy and Convenient!

We had the absolute best time at Errin’s place! This apartment was so perfect for our family of 4! It was immaculate and so comfy! The beds were really comfortable along with the best pillows ever! It was super convenient to UVM and Church Street! What a fantastic location! The shower was so hot with great water pressure! The decor was so pretty! We all said, “We could live here!” Thank you Errin! What a dream!

Great stay on Maple Street

We were in Burlington to get our daughter set up as a freshman at UVM. We chose to stay in Winooski to check out the neighborhood. The apartment was great, perfect size for us! We were just as comfortable hanging out for a night in as we were walking around to check out restaurants and bars... fun time, thank you!
