Welcome to the perfect family vacation destination! This incredible vacation home offers 2,000 square-feet of luxurious open living space. It features a backyard oasis with FREE heated pool, outdoor dining/lounging areas, and waterfront views. Bowles Creek is home to many bird species that provide endless hours of serene surroundings.

Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, this property is ideal for family vacations. Plus, you`ll be less than 10 miles away from the nearest BEACH. With its central location you can easily access Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, and Lido Key.

Convenience is key, as this vacation home is only 3.5 miles away from SRQ Airport and less than 5 miles from IMG Academy.

Inside the home, you`ll find four bedrooms to accommodate your family and friends.

Bedroom 4: is perfect for kids with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, a Twin Trundle Bed, and two fold-out chair mattresses. In total, the house comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds, with additional kid- friendly bedding options available, including a Pack n` Play.

A stroller, highchair, and kids` dinnerware are provided for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of the home. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of place settings. Kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, instapot, and
coffee maker with complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer are all at your disposal.

There are several dining options available. Enjoy a quick bite at the kitchen counter with 2 stools, gather around the dining room table that seats 6, or have a cozy breakfast at the high-top table with 4 stools. Out by the pool, you`ll find an outdoor sofa and an outdoor dining area that seats 6.

Rest assured, this vacation home is equipped with central air and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Entire home, excluding a few locked owners closets.

We live close so we are always available if you need anything. I love to meet our guests but always respect your space.

This home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood so please just respect the neighbors.

We offer self-check-in, eliminating the need for an on-site key handover. Detailed check-in instructions are sent to guests 24 hours prior to their arrival. Each quest is assigned a unique door code, granting them access to the home throughout their stay.

Additionally, let us know if you will be bringing a furry companion (dog) along with your group. They are welcomed at an additional non-refundable charge.

We have cameras by the front door, driveway and the backyard. These cameras record video and audio. NO cameras by the pool or inside the home. ONLY OUTSIDE
Minimum renter age is 18 for everyone in the booking
group unless accompanied by parents. 8 adults
maximum, additional children welcome to a maximum
of 10 total guests.

ID to be provided upon request.

Trash & Recycling:
Pickup is 2 X`s per week. Guests are required to
bring the empty bins to the side of the house.

Pool heat is set at 86* degrees, however if air
temps drop below 60 degrees it can affect pool
temperature. As a result, pool temperature cannot be
guaranteed.

Towels & clothing: No wet clothing. towels or swim suits
on the indoor furniture please.

Garage has been converted to game room.

Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level
during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm to 8:00am. No
rowdy/noisy parties allowed. No music with profanity.

If the home is excessively dirty, an additional cleaning
fee will be charged. Examples include: Dirty walls, dirty
dishes all over the kitchen, excessive trash, excessive
food left at the home for the cleaners to discard, stains
on the carpet / bedding / furniture, etc.

4 cars MAX at the home at all times. No street parking
allowed. All vehicles must fit in the driveway.

Gas grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill
the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to
exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot
for around $20. Grill must be attended at all times while
in use.

NO parties/events/function/extra guests without approval first.

Canoe and kayaks are available for use. Guests must
sign liability waiver for use. Life vests are required for
use. As a courtesy, there are a few life vests onsite.
Guests need to provide their own vest if the vests
provided do not fit.

NO smoking of any kind/vaping inside the house or in the front
yard. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the backyard area,
outside of the pool cage. Cigarettes butts MUST be
discarded properly (not on the ground). $100 clean up
fee if cigarette butts left behind. NO drug use/illicit
substances anytime/anywhere in or on the property.
including medical marijuana. Guest will be charged the
full security deposit if the rules are broken regardless of
any damages.

Check out time is 10AM. Unauthorized late check out
will be charged the full security deposit, plus additional
charges if it results in canceling of incoming quests.

Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents,
injuries or illnesses that you may sustain within or during
your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or
vehicles.

No check ins or checkouts allowed on Thanksgiving or
Christmas day.

Pets (1 dog only. No cats):
*Must be approved and $200 non-refundable fee paid
*Must be fully house trained
*Must be completely cleaned up after (POOP!)
*Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
*Crated indoors when not home with the pet
*If barking becomes an issue during your stay,
alternative arrangements must be made
*Not allowed on the furniture & NO PETS in POOLI

Pool: During cool season the heater is preset so this should not be
adjusted. DO NOT TOUCH POOL EQUIPMENT.
Equipment is video monitored. Please contact host if
you have questions or concerns with the pool. Guests
who attempt to adjust pool heat or equipment on their
own are subject to immediate eviction.

Violation of house rules or any rules from rental website
(Airbnb) are grounds for terms of the rental to be
terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without
reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps, etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
