Located in Sunriver Resort's newest community Caldera Springs, 56233 Rockcress Lane is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 2,841 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 4 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 10 guests.
Inside this executive home, you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings wood accents, a frame trusses, and high-end finishes throughout. The great room seamlessly blends living, dining, and entertaining areas into one open and inviting space. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• Great views of the Ponderosa Pines from the back patio that offers a hot tub, gas barbecue and furniture
• Spacious living room with flatscreen tv, floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, and comfortable seating
• The kitchen features stained knotty alder cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, 6-burner cooktop, wall oven/microwave and walk-in pantry and Nespresso machine.
• Primary king bedroom includes flatscreen tv, private access to patio, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, tile shower, and double sinks
