Amazing 3 day stay

Our family had a terrific time at this house, it had everything we needed, the rooms are a good size, and the fenced yard was great for the dog. The kids enjoyed being fairly close to Mt. bachelor for a day trip and the village in sunriver isn’t too far. This is a great house we would definitely stay again.

Nice stay in Sunriver

We found this house last minute and really enjoyed it. The backyard is fenced for dogs, and the house is comfortable with a nice lay-out. The house is about 10 minutes from Sunriver and 25 minutes to Bend. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Deer filled oasis

House is beautiful, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Deer are all over, saw bucks, does and fawns. The fenced yard was amazing for my dog, he loved having all the room to roam

New Years getaway

The property was well appointed and in a nice location. Trails for hiking and running were nearby and it wasn’t too far to Mt Bachelor or Sunriver. Some of the appliances, furniture and TV could be updated soon but were not major issues. Beds were comfortable. House may need a more thorough dusting beyond the typical turnaround cleaning that happens between guests.

Great time at 164 Jillian

This is a very beautiful and comfortable home. The home had plenty of room for a family. Having 2 master suites was a bonus. It is very clean and well equipped for all our needs. This probably has the best kitchen in a rental home that we've ever had. It was also very clean. It's close to everything, river, Sun River and Bend is about35 minutes away. I highly recommend this rental.

Three Amigos Fishing Trip

Two dear friends and I had our fifth annual Three Amigos fly fishing trip and used this house as our homebase for the three day four night adventure. The home was superlative and the accommodations excellent. Really enjoyed the deck and the reverse living layout of the house. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and all the supplies we needed. Also enjoyed the ping-pong table garage. There were deer in the yard every night waiting for us.

Lots of stairs

The property sits on a hill and is a split foyer floor plan which means it has lots of stairs to climb when bringing in your gear. A little difficult for older folks. Also with 8 adults there was no large bowl for making a salad or mixing for large group meals. We had trouble with the blinds but the company sent someone out to take care of the problem which we appreciated.

Cleaning instead of relaxing

Pros: open layout, covered porch, garage game room. Cons: So dirty, some stains and safety hazards. Coffee maker had used filter and grounds in it. Pair of used false eyelashes in kitchen. Master shower with pink and black mold. Toilet paper holder in the master is broken. Water from faucet smells bad. Loud popping sounds; people in bedrooms downstairs complained. Master comforter had stains and no duvet cover. it had a sheet over the top of it so I didn't notice until the second day and was so grossed out. Landscaper walked right into the backyard without warning us. At least one ceramic mug and one glass had a large chip in them which is normal wear and tear but how did cleaners/owners not notice? Trash bins were full when we got there. Edge of the counter in the master bath isn't secured; ripped my leggings. Door strike plates are not installed correctly and will hook pockets and belt loops. Only 2 full size bath towels so I contacted the company (Arrived) and they did bring some, but then my husband set them on top of the cabinet in the master bathroom and it was so dusty that we couldn't use those three towels. Dirty floors and counters. SIL and MIL said they felt like they had to clean their bathrooms before they could use them. Half eaten bag of chips and candy wrappers in one bedroom; used Kleenex under another bed. The master closet had broken shelves with exposed finished nails. Sharp broken flooring piece at top of stairs. I expect more for almost $3,000

Wonderful Cabin Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The fireplace and hot tub were so nice. The beds were comfortable. The ping pong table was fun for my family. There were plenty of towels and the laundry machines were nice to have. The communication was easy with the managers and they were very responsive. It was fairly close to Sunriver but the SHARC passes didn't apply like it said it would in the property description. It would be helpful to have more instructions posted like how to turn on the fireplace, etc. Overall, we would totally stay here again.
