Sunset Vista, free tickets, no catch!

Sunset Vista is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom cabin set within our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Sunset Vista has 3 levels and is 2600 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 12 guests and has parking for approximately 4 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Sunset Vista was built in 2020 and is bound to make your vacation a visit to remember so call us today and book this beautiful home!

Main Level

You will enter the main level of Sunset Vista through the covered front porch, 3 steps up from the level driveway. This middle level of the cabin features a bright and open common space with the dining table, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. All of the appliances are stainless steel. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 12 guests.

Sunset Vista's living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Gather around for a game of cards, watch a movie on the large flat screen TV, or just cozy up next to the natural gas fireplace. We are sure you won't forget the good times spent here!

The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This suite features a king size bed, electric fireplace and a flat screen TV. The
bathroom, which can be accessed both from the bedroom and the living room, features a walk in shower. For added convenience you will find a portable Pac-N-Play in the closet in this bedroom.

The main level wrap-around deck comes complete with a sunset view to die for, outdoor fireplace, large flat screen TV, natural gas grill (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), a dining table with seating for 6, and plenty of rocking chairs.

Upper Level

Upstairs you will find bedrooms two and three. One of the bedrooms features a king size bed, 2 Twin size bunk beds, electric fireplace and a flat screen TV, and direct access to the upper level deck with rocking chairs. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a walk in shower.

Lower Level

Head downstairs and get the party started! When you first enter the lower level of Sunset Vista you will walk right into the game room. The game room
features something for everyone of all ages, offering a Warrior Professional Foosball Table, a multi-cade arcade machine, a large flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge.

Starting to tire out from all the fun? Then cozy up in the private home movie theater! The theater room features stadium seating for 8, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a great way to spend time with the family!

This level is where you will find the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This suite features a King size bed, electric fireplace, a flat screen TV, and direct access to the lower level deck. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the game room, features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the lower level deck with a large outdoor TV and hot tub. Let your worries melt away while watching your favorite show and enjoying that mountain view...You won't forget Sunset Vista!

There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), the Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
