Excellent Cabin!

We had a wonderful week at the cabin. The hot tub, pool table, and retro game were added pluses and we are proud to be the current top scores on Dig Dug and 1942! The cabin was clean and the property manager was extremely helpful and prompt in communicating with us for some minor needs at the beginning and end of our stay. The cabin was clean and in the perfect location. We would be happy to visit again!

It was very spacious to Christmas trees to make it feel Home like they had everything we needed. It was very cling. We had absolutely no problems. Everything was very nice. Everything was described correctly. Well maintained. And great communication the host.

It was a cozy stay!! The beds are the only thing that were not comfortable. The master bed was ok.. we slept in the downstairs room the first night.. I would definitely upgrade the mattress at least in the adult rooms

Perfect for two families visiting Dollywood

The cabin was really cute and trendy, very clean and worked really well for two families with kids aged 7-18. Great location for getting to Dollywood. The game room and movie "theater" were huge hits. The owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working, but the owner was quick to respond.

Very nice mountain house

This was a beautiful area and home. Everything was exactly as described, only exception was the roads in the neighborhood are very steep. Obviously this is normal, just unspecified in description. House was beautifully redone. Only real problem was the water pressure was basically nonexistent unfortunately. Overall a wonderful stay and great location.

Had we been informed of the water pressure, we would have had a plumber out there to assess it as this is the first complaint we've received about the water pressure. We did our best to reach out during your stay to ensure nothing had come up, and was told that the washing machine was running at the same time of the shower. Regardless, we will be sure to take care of this for future guests. Thanks again and we're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay.
