Enter the home from West Pacific Street into a spacious foyer with a half bath and adjacent mudroom — complete with ample storage for coats, skis, and outdoor gear. A short staircase leads to the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area.
The chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, including a Viking range, full refrigerator and freezer, and a walk-in pantry. A breakfast bar seats three guests, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a crockpot, blender, cast-iron skillet, drip and Nespresso coffee makers, and all essentials for at-home dining.
The dining area seats eight comfortably, while the living room offers two sofas, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV — creating a warm, inviting space to gather.
