Nice room

The room was updated and clean. Good space for a family of 4-6. The beds were hard as a rock and we woke up hurting every morning. We did not use the pull out couch so cannot attest to that. The pool has no shelter or umbrellas, but was a good size and nice location for all rooms to get to. I never found anything that told about extra lot on the back side of the building. Not hard to find but would have been nice to have clear instructions in the email. The ceiling/floor/walls are SUPER thin. We could hear everything our neighbors above us said and when they walked/ran through their room it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Anchorage Condo Rentals are a great place to stay. Condo was clean and the online pictures were exactly what we saw in person. From the balcony was a perfect view of the Ocean! It had everything we needed and was directly across the street from the beach. The only non positive thing is the people above us walked very heavy and non stop at night and they let their kids run really late then got up super early in the morning. Next time will bring ear plugs.

It was very clean, had plenty kitchen items, and beach toys and chairs. The beds were comfy the master was a little firm to our liking. The view from the balcony was great we could see the pool and the ocean. Residents were friendly. The pool was quiet and relaxing. The beach was not crowded at all. The entire property was clean and well kept. It was an amazing trip! We will be back!

What a great place!!

We really loved our stay here. The location was great, easy access to the beach and a nice pool. The condo was clean and well kept, with all the necessities of a home away from home (we did bring our own pillows and blankets, because that’s what we like, but totally not necessary to bring your own). I really enjoyed how quiet it was, but still close enough to drive to various activities (amusements parks, go karting, and shopping). Being on the second floor didn’t pose a problem with transporting all our stuff from the car to the condo and back, as there was an elevator and we used our beach cart to move everything. For some reason there weren’t any potholders in the condo and when I contacted management they quickly brought some. Instructions for the facilities were clear and everything was as described. At one point the internet went out, and I notified management, who quickly responded and I was told it would be back up soon (which it was). My kids say that their favorite thing was access to the pool and to be able go in whenever they wanted. My oldest said that I should mention that the people on the floor above us could be a little loud with their walking and stomping, but it was never at bedtime, so we didn’t say anything. If given the opportunity we would consider staying here again.

Highly Recommend!

This unit was very clean on arrival. Atheistically pleasing and uncluttered. What I loved the most was the easy access to the super clean beach and not having to use dirty elevators. Down a few steps to everything. Would stay here again.

My Vacation

I really enjoyed it. The condo was beautiful, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so clean. The kitchen was beautiful and very nicely decorated. I always notice the kitchen first and I was so impressed when I first saw it. Next I love to see the Master BR and Bath. Both were so beautiful. There was nothing I disliked about the condo. I did have a little trouble opening the sliding glass door out of the family room. I'm not saying this as a complaint, I'm just saying someone might need to check it and see if the latch needs lubricating or something. It took both my hands for me to pull it open!
