An extraordinary penthouse on Copacabana Beach with access to all nearby restaurants and shops. This tropical penthouse features three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the imported Balinese furniture adds a rustic touch to the beautiful setting. You'll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi in every room. Our team will be there to assist you before and during your stay to ensure an unforgettable experience!
We will need the passport copies of each tenant. If you wish to invite friends from time to time, we will also need their identification with a photo before your arrival. So there will be two lists : one list for the tenants and another one for the guests for the doormen to let you in. It will not be possible to enter the building with an unknown person or a person not on the lists. These rules are for your safety and the building's security. I hope you will proceed with the booking and remain available for any questions.

Access to the penthouse is via the elevator, which will take you to the tenth floor. Upon exiting, an elegant spiral staircase will lead you directly to your exclusive space.

The tenth floor is occupied by the penthouse management company. Rest assured, you won't encounter her: she has her own separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

You will be staying on the eleventh floor, home to the living rooms, terrace, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You can also enjoy the garden on the twelfth floor, a true oasis at the top... with, surprisingly, some adorable turtles living peacefully there!

This magnificent penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally families or couples of friends.

You will need to provide us with copies of all tenants' IDs so we can prepare a list that we will leave at the building entrance for your access. This is for your safety and that of the residents.

Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone into the property. However, if you wish to invite friends over for lunch, dinner, or drinks, your guests must be announced at least 48 hours BEFORE your check-in. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.

In addition to the tenants, each guest must also present an ID to enter the building. Therefore, there will be a separate guest list.

No one will be allowed into the building unless announced before your check-in.

Parties are, of course, prohibited, as is loud music after 10 PM.

At ADV, we always welcome our guests in person. On the day of your arrival, we will meet you at the building's reception and escort you to the property. Once you arrive, we will show you how to enter and explain how the property operates. We will provide you with all the necessary information to make you feel at home! We also provide all the services you may need during your stay, so don't hesitate to let us know your wishes before your arrival!

And it's impossible to miss its black and white mosaic sidewalk, shaped like waves, which has become one of Rio's symbols.

New Year's Eve: Every December 31st, Copacabana welcomes more than 2 million people dressed in white for a giant concert and fireworks display over the sea. A unique experience.

Access is very easy, and the apartment is located on Copacabana Beach.

There is no parking space.
