Guest Access:

Access to the penthouse is via the elevator, which will take you to the tenth floor. Upon exiting, an elegant spiral staircase will lead you directly to your exclusive space.



The tenth floor is occupied by the penthouse management company. Rest assured, you won't encounter her: she has her own separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.



You will be staying on the eleventh floor, home to the living rooms, terrace, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You can also enjoy the garden on the twelfth floor, a true oasis at the top... with, surprisingly, some adorable turtles living peacefully there!

And it's impossible to miss its black and white mosaic sidewalk, shaped like waves, which has become one of Rio's symbols.

Other Things to Note:

Please find below the rules when renting a property with ADV.



It is essential that you inform us of the exact composition of your group, i.e., the number of men, women, and children who will be staying at the property. For security reasons, it is also necessary to provide us with a copy of each tenant's passport copy. This information will allow us to prepare a list that will be posted at the entrance of the building to guarantee your access and ensure the peace and quiet of the other residents.



Access to the property is possible from 3:00 PM. If some of you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the building reception until the scheduled check-in time. Check-out must be completed in our presence before 11:00 AM on your departure day, unless otherwise agreed upon depending on bookings before or after yours.



Regarding guests, tenants are strictly prohibited from freely inviting people to the property. However, if you wish to have friends over for lunch, dinner, or drinks, you must inform us at least 72 hours BEFORE your check-in and provide us with a copy of each guest's ID with their photo. A separate guest list will then be prepared for them to access the building. Your guests are not allowed to stay overnight. No unannounced visitors will be permitted in the building after your check-in.



Parties are prohibited, and loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM.



For your grocery shopping, you will find excellent supermarkets in Rio such as Zona Sul, Pão de Açúcar, and Mundial, easily accessible online and most offering delivery service. If you wish, we can also do your grocery shopping before your arrival for a fee of 150 reais.



Cleaning is done once a week and is included in the rental price. Linens and towels are also changed once a week. However, we kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels. The provided sheets and towels are white: in case of significant stains or soiling, you will be charged for cleaning. We also ask that you do not use our towels to remove makeup or with tinted or self-tanning sunscreens.



After the beach, it is essential to remove the sand from your feet and legs in the bathroom located in the parking lot behind reception, before entering the building. It is forbidden to enter the building without a t-shirt. On check-in and check-out days, we also ask that you take care with your luggage when using the elevator.



These rules are very important as this is a residential area where peace and quiet and good relations between neighbors are valued. Any violation of the above rules will be penalized with a fine.
