One day somebody said "you can call a piece of glass a real diamond if you can't recognize it". Your review is unreasonable! It is written everywhere about stairs and it is well detailed the apartment is in a 600 years old building. I doubt you could have found a better spot as same price range anywhere in town. And what about a private rooftop? But again, hospitality means to welcome everybody and I am happy to do it. I am just sorry to get a review like that that add no feedback or a "spark" to support me doing better. Ciao

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and I’m sincerely sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. As you kindly noted, I was in touch with you throughout your stay. As soon as I received your list, I offered a solution. That offer included compensation, which you chose not to accept. I fully understand not wanting to deal with repairs while on holiday. Still, I would have welcomed the chance to intervene during your visit, whether by sending a technician or finding other solutions Every point you raised has been taken seriously and is being checked one by one, starting with the bathroom, lighting and bedding. But it is very very difficult to manage feedback when the claim is about the "color" of the floor that looks different. I’m glad you enjoyed the location, just steps from the piazza and the taxi stand. Thank you also for confirming that the 70 steps are clearly mentioned in the listing.
