Crescent Lakes Villa está enclavado en la popular comunidad de Crescent Lakes, en Kissimmee, Florida y está perfectamente ubicado para las tiendas, restaurantes, diversión y atracciones que Orlando tiene para ofrecer. Esta villa es enorme, con mucho espacio dentro y por fuera! Con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, esta casa de vacaciones totalmente climatizada, ideal para familias, es perfecta para familias numerosas, amigos que viajan juntos o para aquellos que sólo necesitan un poco más de espacio, hasta 6 personas (¡aún más si hay bebés! ). Esta casa tiene una cómoda habitación familiar para relajarse durante el día o la noche con TV de pantalla plana por cable y está abierto a la cocina y el rincón comedor. También hay una sala de estar y comedor formal. La villa está equipada con WiFi y hay un televisor de pantalla plana en cada habitación.
Salir de la sala familiar bajo la terraza sombreada, y sentarse y comer al aire libre, mientras disfruta de la hermosa clima de la Florida. Paso a la enorme cubierta de sol cerrada cubierta de la piscina desde el dormitorio principal, y sumergirse en las aguas refrescantes y chispeantes de su propia piscina privada (con calefacción opcional de la piscina)!
La cocina ha sido equipada con todo lo que usted podría necesitar para proporcionar una fiesta familiar para disfrutar juntos en el comedor de la sala principal de la familia, en el rincón comedor en la sala de estar o en la piscina. Good house. A little far from Disney/Disney springs commute time wise. Beds a little stiff. Limited sheets blankets towels etc. but overall a solid spot and neighborhood to relax and price is very reasonable. Would stay again

Needs TLC

The home needs some attention and updating. 1. The beds need to be replaced. All three beds are horrible. I did not sleep through even one night because they were so uncomfortable. The pillows might be as old as the house Is. They are so flat and They are maybe an inch thick & need to be replaced. 2. I Could not/would not use the pool. After contacting the management company, they stated that the owners need to do a resurfacing of the pool. However, it is impossible to tell whether or not the needs to be resurfaced but the majority of the pool was full green areas that look like algae, but I was not willing to get into the pool to touch them to find out. areas on the bottom of pool that makes sense And looks like they were just worn out. The whole reason rented this house was because it was a pool house But we did not get to use it. 3. All of the window coverings are shabby. There’s holes Or they’re being held together by zip ties, which makes it impossible to fully close no privacy 4. The cleaning people are not doing their job well there’s areas that were just gross. 5. When we got to the house, the lawn was well over 2 feet tall and just not maintained Not visually Appealing. Outside photo must be old. 6. Parking is an issue apparently there’s an HOA that doesn’t allow street parking and the driveway is barely big enough for three cars If you park one sideways. 7. Needs to restock the glasses and plates to match the number of people that they say can stay

Lovely spacious vacation house!

This vacation home has lots of space for guests to spread out or relax together. It has all the kitchen amenities you would need. Great pool with covered seating to please everyone. We all enjoyed our stay.

house in need of major repairs

terrible, i want a refund! The house was hot, the pool was falling apart and full of mold, the outside chairs were held together with bungie cords, and alot of rust!! the blinds were half there and old. roaches in the liveing room, red ants in the bathroom!! the yard needed mowing and the old chair in the front room was falling apart.

We got had.

The listing is accurate in that the house is big but the photos on the listing are deceiving. A ton of blinds are missing from all doors and windows. Carpet is gross and stained. Our feet were black. The pool is horribly stained and crumbling. We literally were stepping on stones. Doors are alarmed so you can’t leave them open, ever. I’m not sure why there are screens. Doesn’t matter anyways because owner demands you leave the thermostat at 75-80 and never lower. Driveway only allows for two cars. Would have been nice if owner had written that anywhere. We found out the hard way with a ticket. No on street parking either so good luck if you need space for more than two cars. Asked the owner to make his oversight correct by paying our ticket but he refused. Stated I should have known Osceola county laws from five states away. The book they leave is rubbish and gives you no information. Just how hot your stay will be because he wants the house at 80. Good luck figuring out the trash situation. Again the welcome book doesn’t say.

Long drive to Disney parks

Really needs a good cleaning especially the netting over the pool. When youre floating on your back and all you see is dust and dead bugs.. there were ants and roaches in the kitchen that was gross! the gas stove was wonderful to cook on. The pool was great every day although it needs a good cleaning and paint. The sliding door alarms were annoying but we understood the need. Sad that we could not use the garage since we had a scooter rental. I understand supplying only the bare necessity of items, but after staying in vacation homes for years ive never had to go out and buy salt and pepper! Overall my family and i had a great vacation. I was surprised with the location being so far from everything! 40 minutes to Disney's parks!

Sehr schmutzig

Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, dass rechtfertigt den Zustand, in dem es war als wir dort angekommen sind aber nicht. Der Poolbereich war nicht gereinigt, Essensreste lagen unter dem Tisch. Der Tisch und die Sessel sind rostig und die Sessel mit Gummispinnen geflickt. Die Sitzauflagen sind fleckig und dreckig und man möchte sich auf keinen Fall darauf setzen. Der Poolboden war schmutzig und das Wasser trüb. Unter dem Grill war eine riesige ranzige Fettlacke. Der Poolbereich war also nicht benutzbar. Im Haus war es auch nicht besser. Die Tische- obwohl alle Oberflächen desinfiziert sein sollten- waren schmutzig, es gab Schmutzränder von Gläsern/Tassen, die dort einmal abgestellt worden sind. Die Küchengeräte waren alle klebrig und mit Schmutzflecken übersäht. So sahen auch alle Türen und Kastentüren aus. Die Teppiche sind fleckig und verschlissen. Die gesamte Deko im Haus ist staubig und auch die Polstermöbel machen nicht den Eindruck als wären sie in letzter Zeit gereinigt worden. Die bereitgestellten 6 Stück Handtücher sind alt und sehr unansehnlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr dürftig. Alles in allem fühlt man sich in diesem Haus nicht wohl und auch nicht willkommen. Es macht den Anschein, dass sich niemand wirklich darum kümmert sondern nur schnell Geld verdienen will. Wir sind am nächsten Tag sofort wieder ausgezogen.

Enjoyed our stay. House was nice. Pool was great. Excellent response from owner. Furniture and decor very dated but comfortable. Patio table rusted, otherwise clean and cozy, no complaints.

Great potential

This house has the potential to be very good. However, there were a series of minor items that together lower the overall rating. Only 5 forks, broken clocks on the wall, no wine glasses, broken TV remote in lounge, lack of bedside tables, condition of pool chairs held together with Bungee cords and along with the dirty pool area containing grass growing in the concrete cracks/edges. The condition of the outside screen was appalling with large areas torn and the door was broken. The blinds inside the house were variable with some missing and some held in place with zip ties. As previous stated this house has great potential however, it needs attention and some refurbishment.

Bargain for the price

The house is nice, but very dated. Decor is from the late 80s, as my mom had the same pics and accent pieces when I was in middle and high school , I am now 48, lol. The kitchen is poorly stocked. The oven has to be turned on 500 to cook anything. The fridge was nice. There are some pots and pans, but not enough to go crazy over. To my family, it seems that maybe the house was left to someone and they decided to rent it out and left what they wanted for the renters...very minimum. The pool is huge, but unfortunately very dirty. The beds were comfy and the outside grill was nice. Too far away from the parks in my opinion.

All the comforts of home

Well furnished very comfortable home. It has all the details including a bench as you come into the house to take off your shoes. Large pool with lots of shaded area when relaxing. Most every room has ceiling fan. Comfortable living and family rooms. We would love to return for our next stay.

BEWARE

This man is a scam artist! I arrived on August 9th. On the morning of August 10th I messaged this man to let him know that bugs have invaded all my food and paper products. He messaged me back letting me know that the prior renter complained of the same thing and he would send pest control the next day. I canceled our day at Disney to wait for a person who never came. Darren then preceded to ignore any further messages from me about the bugs. After complaining and asking for half of my money to be refunded, this man tried to pull a scam and say that his already damaged bed was damaged by us. Fortunately for me, I have teens who Snapchat everything, and they Snapchat a video of the home during our entry. When I told him I have videos and pictures from the day we got there and how I left the place, he changed his mind about the scam. I know he reviewed me and said that I left the place a mess. Again I have photos and videos upon exit. I cleaned as much as I could. He didn’t leave me a mop, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, or even toilet paper for a 2 week stay? How can I do a deep clean with nothing to clean with? I have photos and videos if anyone would like to see them. Including his photos of the “mess we left” This man is angry that his ability to use VRBO may be taken away because he knew there was a major issue with ants and cockroaches!!!! I have photos. If you would like to see them or screenshots of his attempted scam, please email me. I’ll be more than happy to share. Some days we couldn’t even swim because there were so many ants in the pool. This place is a roach motel, at best!!!!

House was clean and as stated no issues.

Easy quick replies everything was as stated. With all the storms rolling thru we enjoyed the covered outside area by the pool.

Beautiful/quiet & definitely driving

The property and home it self was beautiful and clean. You could definitely tell that people have stayed there like any other place but just normal wear and tear with very nice comfortable beds. The price itself u cant beat. With the sparkling clean pool I would definitely recommend it. The few things that were downfalls was I expected everything to be within a 20 minute driving radius but it was literally out in the middle of nowhere and just to get to Walmart was 30min away & all major theme parks Disney , Universal & SeaWorld were almost a 40-minutes away. So be ready to drive. Plus if u r showing the place as it sleeps 6 people have the correct amount of plats, Bowles & pots to accommodate that size of group. Not to mention the needing of bug spray maintenance it so desperately needed.

Very pleasant stay, within 20 miles of all attractions, 5 miles to Publix Supermarkets and Walmart.

WThe house was in a veey quite neighbor hood. it good use a little updating, carpets are stained and need a good cleaning. Everything worked and pool was clean. For the price it was a good deal. Will stay there again if available and same price.
