Muy hermosa casa en 3 1/2 acres ubicada entre I65 e I24, a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Nashville. El espacio tiene más de 2000 pies cuadrados y está completamente actualizado. ¡Te sentirás como en casa!

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a una hermosa sala de estar espaciosa. Son libres de mirar televisión, navegar por internet o simplemente relajarse.

Close to Nashville

This property is as described. It was a good size for 6 people with 4 queen size beds and 2 full baths. It was easy to get to and check in. It is on a fairly busy road so there was traffic noise. There is plenty of parking. Be aware that it's a duplex type residence so you're only renting one half.

Nice place friendly owners

Home was well kept and owner’s family showed great hospitality towards our family. The electric lock can be fickle, but not to inconvenient. We would consider staying with them again. You can be anywhere in Nashville in 20-30 minutes.

Great Overnight

This was my first time using VRBO, so a little unsure what to expect. I might have missed this in the details of the property, but this rental appeared to be occupied on the back half of the house, making us a little uneasy about privacy. But if there were tenants they were extremely quiet and no one went in or out. Advertising as a duplex and not a full house seems more appropriate, but overall it was not a problem. when we arrived we discovered we had not been given the key code to get in previous to the check in time, so there was about a 15-minute panic about that nightmare coming true, but the host call us right back and we were able to get in without a problem. The house was clean, and ample amount of towels we're provided. Having a Kurig was really nice. The rates were fair for the house and location. Overall I would recommend booking this rental.

Very pleasant

Veey nice place for overnight stays. Kitchen upstairs was a little odd but we didn't use it much. It is very comfortable for sleeping and sitting around. We would stay there again.

you split house with others

the house was clean but we didn't know its sectioned off in like 3-4 sections so you are staying in this house with other renters...if you are ok with that then you will be fine we just didn't know...we got there and I messaged owner and said there are multiple cars here he said don't worry place is 2 your self we came back from mall and could hear babies and smell food so I messaged again and he said only that one section is 2 ourselves but the rest is rented out

Very Clean 3 bedroom, convenient to downtown Nashville

We had a good stay for 3 nights in the apartment. The place met our needs, with spacious and clean rooms and a well appointed kitchen upstairs. The drive downtown was easy, which we made several times. One suggestion is to have a place to hang clothes in 2 of the bedrooms that didn't have closets available. Would stay here again!

Clean and convenient

This location was relatively easy to find and a short distance from downtown. The apartment was clean, something we were pleased to see. The kitchen was well-stocked. Be aware that the kitchen is on the upper floor with the bedrooms. Also, the kitchen table only has high-top chairs. As a short, mobility-impaired person, this made it challenging to eat. The beds were comfortable, but there is not a dresser or luggage rack in the bedroom that allows you to unpack or elevate your luggage. The key is in a lockbox. We arrived after dark and luckily had a flashlight since no outdoor light was left on so we could see the lockbox. Instructions on how to use Keurig coffee maker and how to adjust the volume of the TV would have been appreciated. All in all, we would stay at this apartment again.

Clean, comfy, affordable...definitely recommend!

My Father and I spent 7 days here a couple weeks ago. This was much more affordable than two hotel rooms and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and comfy. Just minutes from downtown Nashville. Wal-mart, Dollar General, restaurants, and several other stores for groceries-etc are very close also. Host was awesome and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. Definitely a great place to stay if visiting Nashville or close by.

Comfortable and clean, great host... but we felt mislead

The owners are very attentive and took care of us. They were also quick to respond to questions and requests. We really appreciated all of that. They even had a bottled water dispenser for us. We felt confident that things were clean, too...which we all appreciated!! The downside for our group was that we thought we had the whole house. So, we were disappointed to see that we only had the living room downstairs and then needed to go up the staircase to the bedrooms and the kitchen. We had not anticipated feeling so separated by those in the living room and those in the kitchen. And going up and down stairs does not work for everyone. Also we planned on emptying our suitcases, since we were there several days, but only 1 bedroom had a closet... with no dressers around either, and we were led to believe from the advertising that there were closets throughout. The closets were there, but locked so we had no access. The kitchen was small (originally a bedroom) but functional. They supplied dishes and pans, but we found when we tried to fry eggs that there were no spatulas, and really no serving or baking dishes for meals with a group. So that was a challenge since we had planned to eat most of our meals there. We were pleased to have bread/bagels and butter/jelly and milk and some condiments readily available and there when we got there. Continental breakfast! Plus it was super convenient to have the coffee there, which they supplied. And there is a washer/dryer. The host deserves a 5 star! Again, we were just disappointed by the layout. They were super accommodating for us, and the layout may be just what works for most groups, and if you don't plan to prepare meals, then the lack of utensils and baking pans is not an issue. We maybe did not ask the right questions going in.

Perfect place for a quick getaway!

Very clean, well kept house. Reasonable Uber ride to downtown Nashville. We were unexpectedly provided with good snacks and coffee! A nice treat. We would definitely recommend staying here!

An amazing place! Close to lots of things to do!

The added extras made all the difference in the world, my sisters and I had a vacation of a lifetime! The caretaker was very kind he even helped us unload our vehicle and gave us all the info of the neighborhood! Very helpful

3 spacious bedrooms and 2 large full baths. One bedroom is a full master with own bath. It has a modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and other small appliances. The living is large and spacious for relaxing and enjoying. The laundry room is roomy and has a stainless washer and dryer.

There is plenty of parking that accommodate multiple vehicles. There is also a large covered patio for guests to relax under while they enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink. The space is a fully independent part of a larger home with its own entrance.
