I absolutely love the location of my property! It's perfectly nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short drive away from the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach, where I can enjoy the serene sound of the waves and sunbathe on the white sand. The convenience of local restaurants, cafes, and shopping makes it easy to grab a bite or pick up necessities. Plus, being so close to nature reserves and outdoor activities like kayaking, biking, and hiking is a huge bonus. It's the best of both worlds—relaxing and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy all the excitement the area has to offer!

Game Room: For some indoor fun, the game room is stocked with games that will entertain guests of all ages.
Basketball Hoop & Putting Green: If you’re in the mood for some outdoor action, shoot some hoops or practice your putt on the green – great for family bonding and friendly competition.
I wanted to make sure that when you return from a day at the beach, there’s no shortage of ways to continue the fun, so families can enjoy their time together both at the beach and at the house.
