The Park House is located in a beautiful area of Huntington. Ritter Park is located one block away. There are many things to do and see there: a walking path, picnic tables & shelter, a playground that your little ones will love, tennis courts, pickleball, the Rose Garden, fountains and lots of squirrels. There are many beautiful homes around Ritter Park as well.

You’ll have complete access to the entire home, from the comfortable living spaces to the bedrooms and game room. Enjoy the outdoor areas, including the front porch, dining space, and fire pit. Please note that the basement and certain closets are off-limits for storage purposes. Parking is available in the spaces out back, or on the street in front of the home (street parking is free, but it is first-come, first-serve).

The Park House is a spacious, beautifully renovated 100-year-old home designed for comfort and style. It features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The main floor includes a master suite with a king bed and private ensuite, a cozy living room, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a half-bath, and a laundry room. There’s also a game room with a pool table, perfect for fun nights in. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with twin bunk beds, and two full bathrooms. Outside, unwind on the large front porch, grill out in the outdoor dining space, or gather around the fire pit. Just one block from Ritter Park and close to downtown Huntington, this home offers the perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comfort.

The Park House is just one block from Ritter Park, a local favorite. Enjoy scenic walking and biking paths, tennis and pickleball courts, or let the kids run wild in one of the best playgrounds in the area!

There is a Ring security camera at the front door for safety purposes, but it does not monitor any interior spaces. Pushing the button on it does not make it ring inside. It is not used as a doorbell at this time, however it is used to monitor the number of people entering and also the monitor when no one is staying there.

Our home is fully stocked with all the essentials, including linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchenware. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
