Luxury air conditioned apartment with swimming pool and tennis court

This is a new, gated, private community with staff looking after the gardens, tennis court and swimming pool.
We have a private decked garden with dining furniture for at least six people or a tiled terrace if you prefer for your al fresco dining. We have air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is very modern with stainless steel work surfaces and high tech appliances for all your cooking and laundry needs.
Tennis racquets and balls are provided.
Sattelite TV and WIFI Broadband.
English speaking help is only a phone call away.
There are two amazing restaurants within a two minute walk. Da Gustin, offers, in our opinion, Michelin Star quality food at reasonable prices, not to be missed!
A five minute walk takes you to the local Spa that offers almost everything from Massage to Reiki, Manicure, Pedicure and more.
Fano is just 20 minutes away by car where you can find a marina, public and private beaches.
Shopping here is very good with many excellent boutiques and a weekly market.

Heerlijke week gehad

Fijn appartement, heerlijk zwembad. Alles wordt goed onderhouden en een prachtige omgeving. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en binnen 20 minuten ben je aan zee.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fabulous time at Casa Serafini, which is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The apartment was just perfect for our two week family holiday. Our days were spent at the beach, beside the lovely Casa Serafini pool and sightseeing.

Riesiger Pool, Ruhe, wunderschöne Umgebung

Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) Ende August für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Anlage war außer uns fast leer, so dass wir täglich den Tennisplatz nutzen konnten und auch im riesigen Schwimmbecken toben konnten. Die Wohnung war immer angenehm kühl, die Moskitonetze an Fenster und Terrassentüren top in Ordnung. Es gab englische Bücher und Kartenspiele für die Kinder. Ein Manko: es gab nur 4 große Handtücher. Wir haben dann für jeden noch ein kleineres gekauft.

Fabulous apartment, Casa Serafini is perfect

Stayed in the apartment for our summer holiday with 2 children so plenty of room . It was lovely and clean when we arrived . Plenty of pots , pans , etc and some great pool inflatables and toys too . Had a great time ..

Het is een compact en compleet appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken, inclusief airconditioning.

We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in het appartement bij Casa Serafini. Het appartement is compleet uitgerust en voorzien van alle gemakken. Er is tevens een afgesloten parkeergarage bij het complex. De omgeving is fantastisch en het appartement ligt ideaal voor uitstapjes, zowel landinwaarts als naar de kust.

Gorgeous place.

Amazing location, with a great pool area. Apartment was nice and cool with new air conditioning and has everything you need if you don't want to eat out. Great local restaurants and beeches. Lots of places to go and see. Will be coming again. Thanks.

Stunning setting ,lovely facilities

Perfect place to stay,clean modern apartment in a beautiful landscaped setting.Picturesque old italian villages nearby to visit including the beach and shopping at Fano.Had the pool to ourselves,bliss.Eating at Da Gustin in Bargni is an absolute treat,and it's a two minute walk up the road.Will be going again soon.

Overall disappointing

Having arrived at the apartment after the time we had arranged, we were told that it was still being cleaned, as the previous renters had only just vacated the apartment, and it wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half. When we eventually got in, the oven had food remains in it, there was rotten food remains in one of the cupboards and the fridge door was broken, The glass shower sliding door came of its runner and fell on my son as he was having a shower. This could have been very dangerous if he had been a small child (this has been an ongoing problem for some years as this had been mentioned numerous times in the Guest comments book at the apartment). The keys to the apartment have to be collected from a local restaurant owner who has no responsibilities for any maintenance required at the apartment. If any issue arises, then basically you are on your own. We emailed the owner about these issues but got no response during our stay. Overall, the location of Casa Serafini is excellent if you want to get away from it all, but the apartment itself appears to have been kept on the rental market without being properly maintained to the standard that it should be, considering how much it is to stay there. If you do decide to stay there, then make sure that any faults/problems/issues with the apartment are noted (take pictures on your arrival and departure) to avoid any misunderstandings when getting back your security deposit.

An amazing property in stunning landscape

We loved staying in Casa Serafini - a beautiful, well appointed property in a serene development and idyllic location. The views of the surrounding countryside are out of this world and the pool is just perfect! We would recommend this property to any one searching for utter relaxation. The local restaurant 'Da Gustin' has to rate as one of our most enjoyable meals ever. The setting, hospitality and indeed the food are all exceptional. The whole rental experience was extremely positive and friendly, from initial inquiry through to the warm welcome on arrival. We can't thank Aldo and Emily enough for renting out their lovely home and we will be booking again soon. The McWilliams Family

A great stay with thanks

We were so delighted with Casa Serafini. It was nice and bright inside, beautifully clean with superb accommodation, a comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and even dvd's for night time viewing. We played tennis and enjoyed the quiet of the lovely site and walks and drives in the countryside and local villages. Quite beautiful. Even in october we had great weather. Many thanks to Aldo and Emily and we will certainly be going back!

Very nice apartment

Casa Serafini is the perfect place to explore Marche and the surroundings. The accommodation and landscape is stunning. There is a lot of possibilities to do in the area. We visited San Marino, Urbino, Sirolo, Fano and the lovely beaches nearby. 5 minutes walk you will find charming Bargni with the hotel Casa Olivia including a very nice restaurant and also a spa. Let be surprised by this wonderfull place.

Nice apartment

We stayed at this place for 6 days and had a great time. The apartment itself, had all we needed for a pleasent stay. The property is situated in a silent cozy area of Marche, which suited us well. With the big great pool, our children (age 10 and 14) could enjoy themself after a long day of sightseeing. We also spent entire days poolside and made our lunch inside the well equipped kitchen. At the time of our stay, there was only one restaurant in walking distance and we had to use the car a lot. Nice restaurant with great food in the town of Cartoceto, just a few minutes drive. This is a perfect place, for a couple or a family of 3-4, who likes to get away from the normal tourist traffic. From here you can tour the great region of Marche. We recommend the city of Urbino (birthplace of Raffaelo Sanzio) and the Caves in Frasassi. San Marino is only 1 1/2 hour away and is a must-see, so you can brag about being in two different countries at the same time. Thanks for a pleasent stay. We would love to come back.

Wonderful place!

The only reason I do not give this holiday home 5 stars is the beaches. I guess if we knew the area better and had more time, we would have found a nice beach. During our 7 days we didn´t. Casa Serafini is however is really a wonderful place. The apartment is excellent, the restaurant, next door, at Casa Oliva is great and the view from both places is breathtaking. I really recommend staying here!

Amazing Location

My husband, 3 kids and I spent a few wonderful days in Aldo's apt. We had originally planned to visit the beaches of Marche but we did not budge for the few days. The apartment and its location were stunning. The apartment is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. The tennis racquets were well used. We also had 2 amazing culinary feasts in the nearby restuarants. We would definitely return again and I have no hesitation in recommending this apt to our friends and family.

Real Italy in beautiful peaceful surroundings

If you are looking for home from home with luxurious facilities in real Italy, this apartment ticks all the boxes. You get a lovely air conditioned newly built apartment with a carpark, terrace, garden, swimming pool and floodlit tennis court, all set in landscaped gardens of an Old Italian Country House. It's away from the masses yet near plenty of beaches, cultural hotspots and hidden treasures. I fell in love with the photographs but never expected the real thing to be even better. A walk away is a restaurant built on top of a hill with views over the valley, and that view, from the swimming pool on the website, is much better in reality. You will find a Supermarket and a butchers' just 5 minutes drive away and a super supermarket 15-20 minutes minutes away. Sitting on the terrace at night, all you can hear is the sound of crickets, the slight hum of a pool generator and the occasional tractor. There's something for everyone including attractions for kids including go-karting and an adventure park, all no more than 20 minutes away. I cannot recommend Casa Serafini highly enough, we will be going back.
