¡Disfruta de las comodidades de nuestra casa del lago! Perfecto para parejas, una familia o dos, o grupos pequeños.

Nuestra ubicación es perfecta para lo que Cedar Creek tiene para ofrecer. Ya sea que quiera pasar sus días en el barco, relajarse y leer un libro junto al lago, nadar, pescar, andar en kayak o visitar Canton Trade Days, ¡esta casa lo ofrece todo!

Jugar: Trae tu propio bote, lánzate a una de las rampas locales convenientes y atraca en la casa durante la duración de tu estadía. Proporcionamos látigos de amarre de primera calidad para mantener su embarcación segura y unida al muelle (pero no contra ella). Nuestra entrada es lo suficientemente larga como para estacionar con su remolque adjunto. ¿No hay bote? ¡Sin preocupaciones! Tenemos un kayak que puedes usar, y puedes pescar y nadar en el muelle. Hay un gran patio trasero para lanzar una pelota, hacer un picnic y asar a la parrilla.

Coma: Tenemos una cocina completamente amueblada y una parrilla afuera con muchos lugares adentro (4 en el bar, 6 en la mesa, 3 en la mesa del bar) y afuera (4 en la mesa, 4 sillas de patio) para comer. La despensa tiene algunos de los conceptos básicos. Tenemos una política de "tomar un poco, dejar un poco", así que consulte con nosotros antes de comprar aceite, sal / pimienta, etc.

Tarde: después de disfrutar de un día al sol, puede relajarse en el interior con juegos de mesa y un nuevo televisor inteligente de 60 "con cable, Netflix, Hulu y Amazon Prime. ¡O simplemente siéntate en el patio y disfruta de una increíble puesta de sol! También hay un calentador grande en la terraza para que te sientes debajo de esas inesperadas noches frías de Texas.

Dormir: puedes dormir cómodamente hasta 8 personas en nuestra casa del lago. Tenemos una habitación con una cama queen y otra con una cama king y literas. También hay una sala de juegos separada con un sofá cama que esconde un nuevo colchón de espuma viscoelástica. Si es necesario, el sofá de la sala de estar es muy profundo y cómodo, perfecto para tomar una siesta. ¡Los colchones y las sábanas son súper cómodos, perfectos para acurrucarse por la noche después de un día de diversión en el lago!

Location is Fantastic

Great location. Updated boat dock provides easy access to/from the lake with a public boat ramp just across the bridge. House has been mostly remodeled with some nice updates. As described, it does get warm in the living area and guest bedroom due to the large windows that allow for the beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Lake House for Our Family

We spent five nights here with our four children and loved every minute of it! The house has everything you could possibly need and is very comfortable. The view from the living room and backyard is gorgeous. We loved watching the sunset each night. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming around the lake. This is a great location super close to Walmart, restaurants, and the movie theater. We felt perfectly at home here and can't wait to come back!

House is great, host communicated very well with us. Maybe I’m just to picky but house had lots of spider webs, oven was dirty frig was ok. BUT everything else was great in the house. The dog two doors down is extremely annoying but that can’t be help. We had fun. Definitely will do it again.

Great Family Getaway

We booked this property for New Years Eve. We had our 2.5 year old, our 6 month old, and booked with another couple who had a 3.5 year old. The property was perfect. There is a full kitchen so we were able to adequately prepare and eat all of our meals onsite. There is a front room with a TV so the kids could utilize that space when they wanted to (or if an adult wanted a quiet area to get away and read). The main living room is within eye site of the kitchen (a must for moms!) and both rooms look out onto the vast backyard, lake, and dock. We brought a pack n play, and with the large beds and bunk beds everyone was accommodated for (and two full bathrooms, yay!). The two toddler boys played in the grassy backyard at night with bubble guns and watched the fireworks go off, while the adults were able to sip a beverage and relax on the back porch. The boys fished from the dock the next morning and even caught some fish! The property has updated finishes with nice, new furniture. It is decorated well and doesn't have a lot of personal items from the owners (we have stayed in some VRBOs that have had waaay too many personal owner's items). Very well kept, has all the amenities you need to enjoy a weekend or a week. With as close of a drive from Dallas as this is, and the really reasonable price, we will definitely be back for weekend family getaways.

Great 4th of July house

This house was very spacious and clean. Comfy beds and good location on the water. Very nice neighbors and it was a great spot to watch numerous fireworks around the lake! Things to be aware of: The hall bathroom also houses the washer and dryer so it is very narrow. The den has a wall of windows without coverings and gets full afternoon sun. It makes it hot in the den/kitchen. The AC works great so you can retreat to other rooms if needed. Looks like they recently lost a tree in the back so perhaps there was once shade. The house appears to be in mid renovation with new floors, freshly painted walls but cabinets and bathrooms are not updated. Kitchen was well stocked, only missed sheet trays.

Summer fun getaway

Great Weekend Escape!

This was just the perfect place for us, our daughter/SIL and son/DIL! The house was super clean. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming and kayaking. The sunsets were breathtaking! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had before and upon arrival. We will definitely keep this on our “To Stay Again” list!

Awesome!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The crazy weather took a turn and dropped 30 degrees on our day of check-in, but being October that’s expected here in Texas. That did not stop us from having a blast. This house is so elegant but also great for kids. We really enjoyed playing in the large yard together as a family and also the board games indoors! They have everything you need plus extras, especially in the kitchen. The linens were so comfy with plenty to go around! At night time my husband and I made use of the very cool heater on the back porch which allowed us to spend time together with the amazing, relaxing view of the lake. The owners are very nice and communicate well with anything you may need and made check-in on a rainy day so simple. Thank you so much Ryan and Pearl for allowing us to enjoy your property for the weekend! We are looking forward to many more stays here in the future! JanLee B.

Beautiful home on Cedar Creek Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home for a week! The house is beautiful and clean. It was so nice to see they had toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels stocked already. I can't tell you how many properties I have supplied that for! The beds are all comfy; hotel quality duvets, blankets and pillows. Every morning I sat out on the patio and had my coffee and watched the birds and rabbits. Such an array of birds! We met a few of the neighbors and they were all so nice. They offered the use of their docks and ladder since the dock wasn't repaired at this house. That was the only the downside but we knew when renting because of Ryan's excellent communication beforehand, that the dock wouldn't be functioning. The house was perfection...wonderful layout, plenty of room, big kitchen that was well stocked with all that we needed to cook. Another plus... they provided PLENTY of plush bath towels. The kayak was a great addition to our fun and they even provided the lifejackets. We shopped in Mabank at the Brookshires because the Walmart nearby leaves little to be desired. We really enjoyed our time!

Best Vacation Ever

Ryan and Pearl were awesome hosts. The property itself is above and beyond what you see online. Great views, excellent fishing, swimming, and the kayak on site just adds to the fun. Would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone. 5 Star—all the way.

For the most part the house had all we needed.

We had a good time with our kids and our friends. We loved the kitchen. It was fully equipped with all we needed and we were even impressed with the quality of kitchen-ware. The beds were very comfortable however the bed in th second bedroom didn’t have a top sheet, only a fitted sheet, probably just oversite. We would have loved to fish off of the dock but it was badly damaged, however the friendly neighbor let us fish off of his. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the open floor plan and all the seating available.

We are so glad you had a good time at the lake! We will talk to the housekeepers and make sure they know about the top sheet for next time. Yes, unfortunately a big storm came through and damaged the dock, which we had mentioned prior to booking. We are under contract for repair and hope it will be completed before summer.

As pretty as the pictures

Two couples on a 4 day weekend. Great house. Updated. Very clean and well appointed. We cooked in kitchen or BBQ for every meal. Mattressex EXTEREMLY comfortable. High quality furniture. Beware... only two bedrooms. Worked fine for us though. Extra bunk beds in master and pull out in 2nd living area. You could fit a ton of kids in that room on air mattresses, then close the barn door !
