Whether you’re heading out for a swim, a sunset walk, or a beach day, you can be there in moments with no need to drive. For those who enjoy exploring, the Village Center is also within easy walking or biking distance, where you’ll find local favorites like Bruno’s Pizza and The Mill Mercantile & Social, unique shops, and live music in the evenings.

Inside, the home features two generous living areas, each with its own smart TV, and dual fully equipped kitchens complete with two ovens, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers—perfect for entertaining or sharing cooking duties. The layout includes two king master suites, giving guests added privacy and comfort, while additional bedrooms and a bunk area make it easy to accommodate everyone.

THINGS TO KNOW
*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.
*Flat path to the front door.
*This rental is located on floor 1.
*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
