Beachfront Views! Covered Deck & Double Balconies

Snowbirds are welcome. Please send an inquiry with your specific travel dates to receive a reduced quote for review.

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Retreat by the Sea offers modern accommodations with stunning views of Cape San Blas peninsula where St Joseph Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. The views will WOW you as will the comfortable living arrangements with 3 king bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & double balconies. Beautifully appointed décor throughout will lift spirits as will easy access to the iconic Lookout Lounge & Package; directly across the street. Beach access does not get any closer than this, BEACHFRONT!

Whether it's morning coffee or burgers from the charcoal grill, alfresco dining options are as plentiful as the views. Choose to relax on the lower, covered patio with an outdoor shower or opt for better views from the 2nd floor balcony. The 3rd floor master bedroom offers private access to an additional second balcony. Easily gaze down miles of coastline from East to West, Port St. Joe, St. Joe Beach, to Mexico Beach and the Cape in the distance.

Fully functional open concept between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The dining room table is bench style with seating for 8. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with dishes and utensils. A starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending upon the length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased. Appliances are all stainless, and best of all, beach/water views!

The amount of space of the condo was perfect for our family and there was a bed to spare! The view of the sunrises were amazing to wake up to, and the boardwalk access to the beach was a breeze. The old condos have been updated with new finishes. The 4-star comes from the smell of the condo, likely from moisture, or being old buildings surviving storms.

Relaxing Paradise

Facilities and Location were great. We were able to cook several meals. Sleeping accommodations also great. I think the biggest drawback would be the internet. We did have several young kids that like to watch their tablets at night or even watch tv, but the speeds were way to slow for multiple devices to be running at the same time.

Pros: The sunset views from the deck are amazing!! It’s a very short walk to the beach. The well stocked kitchen-dishes/pots and pans etc Short distance to shopping and restaurants. You can have fires on the beach with nopermit needed. Just make sure to clean up your mess. Liquor store and small bar right across the street. Cons: No privacy. If there are guests staying next door, they are literally on top of you. You can see and hear everything. Terrible, worn out bath towels and not enough of them, including no kitchen hand towels.

Relaxing beachfront stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Retreat by the Sea! The house was beautifully furnished, had wonderful ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, and it is set up with lots of bathroom access. We definitely would stay again!

Wonderful Stay

My best friend and I came from CA and absolutely loved our condo there. It was clean, adorably decorated, peaceful, spacious, and had a stunning view. Everything we needed was already stocked. wonderful location on beach, nice property, clean....only issue is the towels for shower bathroom use. They were horrible- small, rough, and very few of them. (we knew to bring our own beach towels) we had to go to walmart and buy us some decent cheap towels to use.....As long as you know to bring your own washing towels- you are in for an enjoyable stay.
