Welcome to the perfect vacation hub! This centrally located, large home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Situated just 3.5 miles from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center, and 4.5 miles from Knott's Berry Farm, this home is also only 12 miles from beautiful Huntington Beach. Additionally, Angel Stadium and Honda Center are just 5.5 miles away. Whether you're a family looking for fun, a tourist exploring the area, or a professional traveling for work, this home is perfect for you!
The space
Experience the beauty and comfort of this remodeled, open floor plan home. With ample space for eight guests, including two queen beds, two twin beds, and a queen air mattress, everyone will be comfortably accommodated. The fully stocked kitchen features utensils, pots, pans, and cookware, perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy family dinners and entertainment in the spacious kitchen and dining area. The property is equipped with central A/C and heating for year-round comfort. Free gated parking is available for two cars. There are two full bathrooms stocked with towels, shampoos, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. Stay connected with WiFi throughout the property, and unwind with the mounted TV in the living room offering streaming TV options. Located close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and many other attractions, this is the perfect base to explore restaurants, shopping, beaches, and all that Southern California has to offer.

Guests have full access to the 3-bedroom house and private backyard, all behind private gates. Off-street parking for up to two cars is provided.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This is a family vacation spot, not a party house. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please note that this is a private back house there are other guests staying in the other two units, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in being respectful and considerate to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. We also kindly request that you adhere to all the house rules during your stay.
