Nuestra casa está ubicada en uno de los barrios más buscados y acogedores para familias a las afueras de Disney Resort (1. 8 millas de distancia). Desde nuestra puerta principal, se puede llegar en 15 minutos a pie hasta el transbordador ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) que lo lleva a la puerta principal de Disney por una pequeña tarifa. Close to Disneyland. House layout is fine although bathrooms are small and outdated with a single sink and no counter space. We arrived late and the next morning we had no hot water. The property manager did respond quickly and got it fixed, but black gunk (presumably from the water heater) came though the hot taps afterwards. It was a bummer that we couldn’t use the pool/hot tub or game room because we were at Disneyland during the day and there is a 10pm cut off on using the amenities. I’ll probably choose to stay at a hotel next time.

House was nice. The pool was really fun. The kids liked the game room. Had what we need. It’s not really walkable to Disney. The house required extra cleaning when we arrived but it didn’t take long. Owners were quick to reply.

Great family stay

Our family of 5 were visiting our daughter who goes to Chapman University. The house was perfect for our needs. In nice residential neighborhood, Bedrooms and bathrooms good, kitchen had everything we needed and the bonus was pool, hot tub and games.

Bunkbed Hazard

My daughter was getting down from the top bunk and the ladder fell with her on it. My husband was able to bend to metal so it would hook back on to the bed but this would not of happen if there were 2 screws in it. I had seen in the reviews this had happened before SO THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED.

Great Stay!

We had a great experience with this rental! The host provided great service and communication. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 (kids 6, 4, and 1) as well as a set of grandparents. We used the pool area extensively, it was private and wonderful. The neighborhood was friendly and we felt safe. As an athletic family with young kids, it was about a 30 minute walk each way to Disneyland, and the route was well lit and easy. Definitely would rent when!

Disney here we come

We loved our stay, there were seven of us total 4 adults and 3 children. We went to Disney on the first day, spent the second day at the house to rest, the pool was marvelous and so enjoyable for the whole family. The last day we went to California Adventureland. The unit was just as promised and the closeness to Disneyland really helped to make the trip more enjoyable. I recommend this house highly.

Disney stay

We have stayed at this location multiple times and it never disappoints. It is great for the kids and adults. It is a short trip to the grocery store or Disney! We stayed this time with our 4 children and their grandma there was plenty of space. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We recommend staying here for you family trip to Disney!

Disneyland house

It was a nice house with everything available from beach towels, dishes, extra blankets-pillows. Nice washing machine , beach chairs, umbrella , cooler for beach. Very clean and communication with the manager was excellent!! The pool and outside area can only be used from 9:00 am-10:00 pm is our only complaint as it be nice to have morning coffee on outside deck

Everything we needed

We really liked the open living area & pool table. There was a big window to the pool that let us supervise kids from inside while we got lunch or snacks together. It’s an older property and could use a little sprucing up on the outside. But it had everything we needed AND a great pool, hot tub, and games for kids. We were able to come & go from Disney easily via Uber The management company was VERY responsive & check in & out were very simple. They also had a great platform for getting to know the property, rules & everything else. Great stay.

Multifamily Disneyland trip

What a wonderful property, the pool and hot tub were used every day either at the before or after we went to the parks. The citywide noise mandate requiring no outside noise after 10 was tough because having a bit of kid free time in the hot tub would have been nice but overall the house is amazing! It is a 5 minute drive to Disneyland parks and close to a lot of other amenities! We would definitely book again!

Excellent location

Great location, near the parks. Super convenient. Had some issues with the bathroom showers but resolved quickly. Had some minor issues w the jacuzzi but appeared to resolve on its own. Wrong timing since the neighbor was doing work to their house and was making a lot of noises in the morning. Overall the convenient location overcame a lot of other issues we encountered.

Disney paradise

Phenomenal property, amenities, location and more! Perfect for our family of four to enjoy the attractions, convention center for work, the pool and hot tub, game room a bonus! 3 bdrm, 2 bath huge LR and stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this property to anyone in need. The PM was attentive, communicated perfectly, was caring and tended to our needs. We had a blast!!!!

GREAT location and amenities!

PROS - The location is fantastic! - Quiet neighborhood, I heard the train maybe once and it wasn't loud at all - Love the large couch, pool table, and the POOL and hot tub were fantastic! - Instructions on how to use everything were very helpful - Check-in was EASY! The manager was very helpful and responded quickly - When we first got there the house smelled like trash - BAD. We figured out it was the kitchen sink garbage disposal. We contacted the manager and they sent a maintenance worker within the next 1-2 hours, he cleaned it out and then we had no more smelly issues. CONS: The mattresses are HORRIBLE. Past reviews said the beds were comfortable; I'm going to assume those were NOT the current mattresses. You could feel EVERY spring/coil. Woke up in pain daily. - The photos listed online are pretty old... not sure how old, but the furniture in both the bedrooms (not the bunkbed room) is not the same as what is there now, and is not as nice as what's shown in the photos... that was disappointing. - Also, the property looks more rundown than in the photos. The grass in the front/back yard is mostly dead with weeds and ant piles everywhere. - The hallway bath shower door slider doesn't close all the way, it gets stuck, and the shower floor is VERY slippery - For how much we paid to stay here, which included a cleaning fee, there were WAY too many chores they expected US to do before checking out (laundry, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc.)

Amazing family vacation

Absolutely amazing property and location. We stayed there for four nights after our Disney Cruise experience would highly recommend it. Rooms were lovely. Kitchen was open concept . Pool table Space was great and pool and Jacuzzi were on point would highly recommend. they even have strollers available for rental pack, and play high chairs. Everything you could think of that you would need for all ages of kids. Will definitely be staying again.

Perfect Place

We loved our stay at the Babes in Toyland house. Communication with the property management was easy and they always responded quickly. Check in and information for check in was awesome. It is close to Disneyland and is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool and hot tub too. We could have used a few more glasses in the kitchen. We would love to stay here again!

Disneyland Getaway

Great home, perfect for our family of four. The host was responsive and so helpful when we had questions. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well appointed, and we wish we had the living room couch in our own home. Close enough to Disneyland for a quick Uber/taxi ride. We walked to downtown Disney the first night and while it is absolutely doable, we decided catching a ride was the best bet for us. We were so sad to leave, not just because we would be the Sun and palm trees, but also because the house was so comfortable!!

Disney vacay

This was a great home, and a great location. The home was well stopped with everything we needed. And I really appreciate the communication from the property management company. The only thing that was a surprise is there is a homeless camp behind this property and it is super close to the railroad tracks.
