A Few Ideas for Your Getaway:
- Enjoy a blissful sunrise overlooking the river from the comfort of your master bedroom and private balcony before heading down to the cozy sunroom, front deck or private pier to sip your morning coffee or tea.

- Listen to the sound of the lapping waves and maybe do some yoga on the pier to start your day.

- Go fishing off the pier and do some birdwatching. You'll see ospreys, eagles and other birds roam throughout this National Bird Sanctuary.

- Prepare a meal in your large, fully stocked eat-in gourmet kitchen with updated top-end appliances… Or, use the Weber Grill under the covered porch before playing some games in the gated backyard (cornhole boards and bags provided!).

- Rent a bike or golf cart or take a short walk to the sandy beaches of Colonial Beach and discover all this quaint, laid-back river beach town has to offer--including two tiki bars, live music, coffee shops, a brewery, farmers market, local seafood vendors, restaurants, and so much more.

- At night, relax by the fire pit out front and roast some marshmallows with your friends and family.

About the Space and Accommodations:
We offer accommodations up to 5 guests, with flexibility for additional guests (please reach out with any requests):
- Fully updated home on the Potomac River with a private pier and beach.
- Dogs okay with owner approval; $50 pet fee will be applied.
- 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, including 1 full bathroom upstairs with a tub shower combo and 1 half bathroom downstairs.
- The large master bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV, and private front porch/balcony overlooking the river, pier, and the beautiful sunrises/sunsets.
- The 2nd bedroom is also large with a queen bed and a desk for your convenience.
- Beautiful renovated kitchen with quartz counters, a very large island, gas range, Kitchen Aid mixer, and double ovens. Brand new LG washer and dryer (2025).
- The beautiful, enclosed sunroom is a wonderful spot to take in the sunrise or watch the birds and boats on the river.
- The living room includes a SmartTV and several board games/puzzles.
- Fire pit in the front yard with a waterfront view; Covered patio and gas grill in the backyard.

Note: An expedited cleaning fee of $50 will be applied if checking into the home on the same day another guest is departing.
