✔ Electricity usage – up to 70 units per day (sufficient for normal use with air conditioning turned off when not in use). Excess usage is charged at 7 Baht per unit.
✔ Full villa staff, including a Villa Concierge Manager, Villa Manager, Chef, and housekeeping team.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1,500 USD (or equivalent currency) is required upon arrival.
