The main level (2nd floor) features an open-concept layout with ductless A/C, a full kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sectional near the propane fireplace and 55" smart TV. You'll also find a collection of board games and puzzles tucked in the TV stand for low-key nights in.

Step right onto the partially covered deck—complete with ceiling fan, adirondack chairs, and a 3-burner Weber BBQ—ideal for lounging or grilling with friends. The main level also includes the primary bedroom with a king bed, ductless A/C, and a built-in desk nook. This connects to a full bathroom with washer/dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials including pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, an air fryer, toaster, blender, and more. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups (coffee and hot chocolate) and teabags, plus basic pantry items like salt, pepper, and common spices.

Upstairs (3rd floor), you’ll find a loft and two bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other with a California king—along with a full bathroom. The loft includes a calming yoga/reading/meditation area and a dedicated workspace with a USB-C docking station, 34" ultrawide monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

The lower level brings the fun with a game room featuring ductless A/C, a slate pool table, card/game table, queen sleeper sofa, and a 65" smart TV. You’ll also find poker chips and playing cards—perfect for a game night. A third full bathroom is on this level, and there’s interior access to the garage.

Our property has a peaceful mix of grassy space and light woods, giving you a true Pocono Mountain vibe. It’s not uncommon to spot deer wandering by, especially in the early morning or at dusk. Keep an eye out—wild turkeys, foxes, and even the occasional black bear have been known to make an appearance. It's all part of the charm of being surrounded by nature.



Rules of Conduct

We live in the Towamensing Trails community, and they require our renters abide by the same Rules of Conduct as full time residents. The majority of the rules are common sense - we will share a link with the complete set of rules in a direct message when booking.

Here are some highlights:
- Use of fireworks, discharging a firearm, and fires are prohibited
- Vehicle passes be displayed at all times within the community
- Badges/wristbands are required when using the community amenities
- Trash cannot be left outside for any length of time, it must be brought to the trash compactor in the community

You WILL be financially responsible for any citations incurred during your visit.

Please note that in order to book a stay in our home, we will need you to electronically sign an agreement form to abide by these rules. We will also need you to provide vehicle details (max of 4) along with this when booking.
