The home was comfortable and conveniently located for our business trip to Louisville. The beds were comfortable, the hot water and water pressure in the showers were great. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but it served us well while we were there. Jose was great to keep us informed of everything we needed to know.

We came to jeffersonville for a Beatles festival. The house was about 1.5 miles from the festival. Everything was clean and nice. We had a little trouble figuring out how to lock the door but finally figured it out. We couldn’t get the tvs to work and Miss Connie the property manager came over immediately -turns out the remotes were mixed up in the wrong rooms!! She figured it out and all was well for the rest of the week. It’s quiet and peaceful with a small park next to the house. The ac works well I would love to stay here again!!!

The prop was close to everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet.The exterior of the house and the outside property left something to be desired. There were extension cords hanging from the car port (one of which had exposed wires), broken windows (the exterior panes on about 5 windows were broken), overgrown bushes, peeling paint, and broken yard lights (non-functional and bent halfway over). The house was mostly clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke and air freshener on the main floor. There are plug-ins in each room, but did not mask the smell. Additionally, the ceiling fans were full of dust and blew all over the beds when we turned them on. The rugs were filthy in both bedrooms - we had to sweep them multiple times. The kitchen floor is separated and peeling up in several spots and the rugs in the kitchen (which were clearly to cover up the gaps in the flooring) had no non-slip backing so we ended up moving them, as they were more of a hazard than anything. I wouldn’t advertise this prop as having 2 coffee bars. There’s a keurig in the kitchen that had 6 coffee pods for 3 people over 4 days, and one upstairs with no coffee pods. I would prefer to have a coffee pot so we could make and have as much coffee as we wanted.Beds were comfy but no flat sheet on bed upstairs - just a fitted sheet with a blanket. TV in one bedroom was not viewable from bed (2 ft lower than end of bed) and only got 1 channel.Decent prop, but needs some attention.

Jonas was very communicative. Any questions I had Jonas was quick to answer. The home is in a great location. We picked it for the playground nearby. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the river was and all of the great places to eat within walking distance.

Beautiful property and playground right next door!

We were in the area for a dance comp. The host was responsive and the house was gorgeous and well kept. Bonus? A playground just next door! I 100% reccomend staying here. So much better than a cramped hotel room!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient and considerate

2 dads and their teens stayed a could night's for a sports competition across the boarder in Kentucky. The upstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom was a nice retreat and nothing was substandard. The hoopsters bar a block away was a gem too. I plan to contact the host about coming back.

I would recommend to anyone

Nice and comfortable home. We stay for a weekend, and everyone had plenty of space and comfortability. The 2nd floor bedroom was slightly warm, as the AC window unit was competing against high 90's temps throughout our stay, but it did cool down at night. Otherwise, everything else was great. We would recommend to anyone, and the location is wonderful as it is close to everything.

Comfortable Stay Overall, Minor Improvements Needed

Comfortable stay overall. Plenty of fridge space and a few complimentary bottles of water. Coffee cupboard offered as well if you partake. Didn't like that the motion light for the back door didn't always turn on, a used washcloth was left on the bathroom sink, and the wood floors were pretty dirty making my white socks black on bottom.If these minor things are addressed, I would stay again.

Apologies that you had to deal with those things- it is never our intention to make our guests have to make small notations like that. The place was great, loved the retreat suite upstairs. All 3 beds were good sizes and we loved having 2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the communication with the host was great.Definitely recommend !!!
