Our Place:

This beautiful contemporary home has the most up-to-date appliances, furnishings and attention to detail. Designed to show case the unbelievable views of the Pisgah National Forest and Blue Ridge Mountains where this home is located. Floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom, master bathroom and large great room make for stunning views like no other in the area! The open contemporary floor plan allows for the mountain views to also be seen from the kitchen and dinning room.

This home has a very large contemporary stainless steel kitchen with a stunning island to gather around, walk-in pantry and huge laundry/mudroom. There is a nice upper deck with a charcoal grill to use off the kitchen/dinning room.

This home is located in a new development called Summit Falls close to Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mount Pisgah. Driving or walking through the neighborhood has views of the valley below and breath taking sun rises in the morning over the mountain tops. Natural springs can be heard as well as beautiful birds that thrives in this peaceful setting.

Since we are in the Blue Ridge Mountains up around 3,500’ please note the neighborhood road is paved and will be an easy uphill drive with a few sharp turns at times with gorgeous views. If you are interested in using an Uber to and from Asheville while staying at the home please contact the host for information on a local Uber driver.

Pet Fee: There is a flat fee pet charge of $100 for your stay. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

This home has 2600 sq. feet of living space with only the master bedroom and upper level of the home available for this rental. You will have the home to yourself, you won't be sharing the space with anyone else.

We have dedicated quiet space in a portion of the master closet for remote work / business needs that includes an office desk with chair that makes working remotely a breeze.

The entire main floor which consists of the kitchen (Keurig coffee machine, pods included) dinning, great room, master bed room suite (master bath with large walk-in shower w/side wall water jets and rain shower head, zen soaking tub, large walk-in closet, laundry/mud room) can be booked. This price is for 2 people. You will be the only guests in the home during your visit...there will not be any other renters in the home during your stay in the lower level of the home. The two bedrooms with bathrooms on lower level will be locked off to all guests.
