Very spacious and amazing location!

We really enjoyed staying here. There is plenty to do within walking distance. The house was very spacious and the property is beautiful.

Amazing location

Our stay was great, we really have no complaints at all. The listing was accurate, the location was amazing, and the communication with the host was quick and easy. Will definitely try to stay again in the future!

Comfortable home with so many wonderful touches: loved the upstairs deck for morning coffee and the choice between the fire pit table or the table under the pergola for meals. The host was very responsive and made us feel welcome. Perfect for our group!

This home was exceptionally clean. We stay in a lot of STR‘s and this one had to be one of the top for cleanliness. It’s kind of a funky house in a very charming way. There’s plenty of room for a large group to spread out and have their own space, and be comfortable. There are three TVs with Roku to use. It has a beautiful large yard. It would be wonderful for a family with kids. It was the best yard we’ve ever had for our dogs. The whole house is great for dogs since it has hardwood, and laminate floors.We also appreciated having 4 bathrooms. Very nice for all. It is in a fun location with great views and easy access to peach products, a delicious bakery and ice cream shop, and a really good pizza restaurant.Palisade is a delightful place, close enough to do what you want in Grand Junction, but then a nice place to get away from the city in the middle of peach orchards.

Awesome location

Cute house. There’s only ac upstairs and they had big fans trying to blow the air downstairs. It kinda worked but was interesting to walk into.

Palisade House

We stayed for a week at this house on a bike tour with 10 people (seniors). There was plenty of room for us all to hang out, eat, and relax. The outdoor space was huge. The outside table was was perfect for breakfast and the pergola great for the evening. A big garage worked great for storing our bikes. And the location was very convenient for our rides. Sara was very responsive and easy to work with.

This house is very conveniently located. We were able to walk to pick peaches and bike to several wineries. Lots of space. The backyard is wonderful. The beds very comfortable. My con is that the kitchen seemed a little under stocked. There was also a dining table that was very dusty. Everything else was clean. The decor is eclectic but I would highly recommend staying here. It suited our needs and the host was very nice and quickly responded.

Phenomenal Stay

We honestly cannot speak highly enough of this location! We came for a family birthday party, and we had 4 children (under 10) and 4 adults. The house easily accommodated all of us. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive to any questions. She also had great hiking suggestions, which we followed and appreciated. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and kids delighted in running around in the fenced back yard. The views are spectacular!No complaints at all and we will readily stay here again if we are able to in the future.
