Thank you for your review and your feedback. To clarify, there are 6 public beach access points with the closest one being 8-10 minute walk. Directions to all public beach access is part of all the information sent to you prior to arrival. This day in age where most information is digital, as responsible hosts and as required by Airbnb - we like to provide as much information as possible (including house rules and manual) to our guests prior to arrival, during your stay and prior to departure. Most of our guests appreciate the fact of how much information we provide which helps tremendously with their travel experience - especially when traveling to our destination for the first time. The issue with the water pressure was a community wide issue which has now been addressed and fixed. In terms of window blinds, we have also reached out to the owner of the condo to make the necessary upgrades. We work hard to make sure every client receives personal attention, quick responses and, of course, the best possible vacation rental experience in Punta Cana! We are available via Airbnb messages, Whatsapp, phone, email and office located within walking distance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to punta cana on many occasions, but never stayed at this location. The linen on the bedding was dirty. I was bitten by the sand fleas from the ankles up, because the unit was not properly exterminated. On one day I was locked in my room and could not get out. Another resident not the management company let me out and repair the door.There was someone that attempted to get in my room, also on a night.

It is a shame a disgruntled renter can post a negative review that has such exaggerated complaints. We have had hundreds of guests stay with us over the years and no one ever complained about "sand fleas". The condo is cleaned and inspected prior to every arrival. We do take care of repairs and broken items when they arise. We were in the process of fixing the door when the resident stepped in to then charge the guest for the repair. Our condo has new as well as returning guests that rent every year. It is unfortunate that we were unable to please this guest. Unfortunately we are unable to recommend this guest to other hosts. Guest would be more suited to a hotel environment. Please feel free to discuss any concerns you may have with us before you rent. We feel sure you will enjoy your stay at our condo. We look forward to your next visit which you already booked for April 2019.
