Home Truths:

All guests must complete an HOA application and receive approval prior to arrival. The approval process may take up to 14 days. Failure to complete the HOA application or obtain approval may be subject to cancellation.



Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner's maid services for an additional $45/hour fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to the maid services directly.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $100/night fee.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval free of charge. The deposit will be doubled in the case of pet-related damages. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold is required as a security deposit for stays at this home. The standard amount is $1,000; however, if a pet is included in the stay, the deposit will increase to $2,000 to account for potential pet-related damages. A credit card is required for processing, and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
