Nestled directly across the street from Long Sands Beach, this 1800s home welcomes guests with breathtaking ocean views from every room and an inviting sense of nostalgia that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive.

Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the cottage features one queen bedroom, two full bedrooms, and four twin beds spread across the second floor and attic—where you'll also find a second TV, perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with the main full bathroom. A second full bathroom with a shower is located down a set of cellar stairs, offering additional convenience for larger groups.

The main floor blends historic charm with modern convenience. A touchscreen dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Keurig make meal prep a breeze, while WiFi and a television ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay.

Outside, you'll find plenty of spaces to relax and take in the coastal air. The front wrap-around porch is a dreamy spot for morning coffee or evening conversations, featuring several rocking chairs and a charming wooden swinging bench for two. Around back, the spacious deck offers a barbecue grill and an old-fashioned lunch table, making it the perfect place for outdoor meals with family and friends.

On the parking level, the basement is stocked with activities for guests of all ages. A ping pong table and dartboard provide endless fun, and beach toys are available for families to use during their stay. A washer and dryer are also on-site for added convenience in the full bathroom.
