*2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo.

*1 king bed, 2 Twin beds and pullout sofa. *Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with white access card(card and parking tag are hanging in the hallway) must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card/parking tag

*Tennis and Pickleball court

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle.
