This was our favorite place we have ever stayed at PCB! Not only was Long Beach Resort VERY clean including pools…Bill and Dawn were incredibly helpful and kind, our room was amazing and everything was right within walking distance that we needed or wanted to do. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Great place to vacation

We had a great stay in this condo and this area. You can't beat the ocean view and the extra large balcony. The owner was very friendly. This might not matter to all, but adding a regular ironing board would be so helpful.

Great vacation getaway

It was a beautiful condo and just as described. We really enjoyed all the details they put into all the spaces. Really felt like home away from home definitely will be booking again!

Beautiful stay

This condo was beautifully decorated with an Italian touch. It was very clean and the location was very central to all types of food and stores to shop. Highly recommended.

An excellent winter stay

The ease of booking was appreciated. The unit was clean and just like views on internet. The unit contained may exceptional objects. The owner visited us and explained many of the furnishings, chandelier that was beautiful, gorgeous light fixtures and wall decor was gorgeous. The condo had many paintings and were explained to us, making our stay special. The owner made himself available to us for any items that would make our stay perfect! This condo is beautiful with gorgeous decor and a fantastic stay.

Wonderful Property - Highly Recommend

We love Long Beach Resort! This condo is in tower 4, the quieter end of the complex (farther from the Shores and Pineapple Willy's). This condo has everything you need for 2 people and a beautiful view from every window. It was clean and well stocked with paper products for our stay. We enjoy ordering in dinner and eating at our own private table on the balcony overlooking the gulf. We have never had any safety issues at Long Beach. We had 2 issues during our stay (neither could have been foreseen by the host or owner). However, the host is VERY responsive to issues. First, the elevators in our tower went out, and our host contacted the building maintenance, who fixed them within hours. Our second issue was the clothes washer in our unit broke down. The host contacted the owner, but the owner couldn't get a repair person until the next day, so he offered to move us to his other unit because it was vacant. Since the repair was coming the next day, we opted to stay put. We did not have to wait for the repair person; the owner met them there so we could continue to enjoy our vacation. The part for the washer would not be available until the end of the week, so the owner went out that day, purchased a new machine and installed it the next morning. While there, we found out our flight ended up getting changed to a much later time, the owner and host were able to accommodate a later checkout for us. Top-notch customer service! We will definitely rent from Bill Pederson again!

Loved my time at

The Condo was as described. It is in the 4th tower on the fifth floor. The View from the balcony was beautiful. Could hear the ocean waves and the feel the breeze blowing was amazing. Sunrise and sunset gorgeous. Having or own beach chairs and umbrella was awesome. We had everything we needed in the condo. Bed was comfortable. And living room, furniture, and table for lunch were just great. They also have barstools at the bar. Great Location for the beach and shopping Walmart very close

Panama City Beach

The condo is on the 5th floor with the parking lot directly behind the tower. 4 towers in the complex with all balconies directly facing the gulf. The parking lot is accessible only through a gate with someone always in the gate house so the parking lot seems secure. The condo is decorated very nicely and everything operated perfectly. The mattress is very firm but very comfortable! Very large balcony on this one and nice furniture on it. Very nice condo and the beach was beautiful and the water sparkling clear. We will definitely rent it again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and a perfect view of the beach. My only complaint was the gate to get to and from the beach was constantly slamming but other than that the experience was great!

Great condo on the beautiful beach!

Very nice condo on the beachfront. Comes with loungers and umbrella access. That was great. Pools were nice and clear. Hot tub was nice to soak in. We loved the airplanes that flew right by our room. Airforce practicing.

Spring Break 2024

My son (age 9) and I stayed at this property for his Spring Break March 2024. Let me first say, I was nervous booking off vrbo because of all the scams. I had communication with the property manager, Bill, before I made the reservation and he was very polite and courteous. Once I made the actual reservation, Bill was in direct communication with me about checking in procedures, condo rules, etc. Then, a few days to a week before our trip I received the door keys (yes keys, not a digital door code and it was GREAT!) and our pool wrist bands. The condo was immaculate and my son said it was by far the best room he’s ever stayed in and they had “fancy counter tops”. DoorDash and Walmart delivery also had no problems with security delivering our items. My son and I absolutely had the best week and can’t wait to visit again.

Great stay on the beach!

We booked our stay a little over two weeks before traveling so it was fairly last minute. Everything was as it is listed in photos. We love staying at Long Beach. The ocean was beautiful while we were there. This was our first time in Tower 4 but was a very short walk to the lagoon pool. Only issue was the ice maker never worked in our room and although I reported it, it wasn’t fixed while we were there. It was not a big concern so we just bought bags of ice and everything else was good. It’s a little smaller unit than what we normally had but for my husband and I, it was fine. They had some starter supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper, dish detergent, trash bags which was appreciated. All in all, we had a great week and no complaints. The manger of unit was very responsive.

Honeymoon stay

Very cozy place to stay Everything is describe perfectly — close to everything !! The ocean view was the best !! A few things … the bathtub needs to be better — the tub is very hard to get in and out of and needs hand rails — the cleaning crew needs to clean the bathroom better ( smell was something I had to work on to get better) the bedroom was very musty smelling and the doors to the balcony where very hard to open and close .. the entry door needs a better door knob —we would stay there again. It was a great place with security ..

Property was great. Location a plus. The only issue was the check in procedure and one thing not listed by agent until time for check in information. Not sure in todays world why any property is sending KEYS instead of using a programable lock. What a major headache to have to keep up with keys. Real issue with finding out 9 days before we check in that there will only be ONE roll of toilet paper, paper towels and mostly ONE kitchen trash bag........really. I would have paid another dollar a night for rent to not have to travel with things that should be there. Just me. But my approach to customer service is very different. Want to finish by saying loved the place and would go back.

Had a wonderful time

Everything was great and we had a great vacation in PCB. The room was nice and I loved that it was directly on the beach. Perfect location just a couple of minutes away from a Walmart which really made things much easier when it came to buying things we forgot to pack for the trip. Will 1,000% be staying here again!

Just Husband and myself.....

Like walking into a dream, very beautiful, feels like your in a magazine condo, but so comfy and cozy. Everything you need is there. We haven't been by ourselves since covid, our last 3 vacations were at home or camping, which is fun too but not a beach pampering alone beautiful condo sunset views every night kind of vacation. It was also our late 25th or early 26th wedding anniversary to ourselves. We will definitely be back, i loved everything about this condo, even my husband said Well Done.....Thank you for a hassle free, worry free easy reservation and check out vacation.. Debbie and Jimmy

Beautiful Beach Vacation! Awesome sunsets!

Great location! Beautiful Beach! On site grill open for drinks and lunch at the pool. Pool was clean and beautiful with waterfalls. Condo had everything needed for quick coffee and breakfast before heading out to the beach for the day. Close to a Walmart. Many great restaurants in close proximity. Sunsets are breathtaking. Loved the eclectic tile work and art work designed condo.

Floor to ceiling glass doors.*** December 2012 *** brand new high quality kitchen and bathroom beautiful new furniture and tile floor. An amazing lagoon pool (3 total)private beach access (50 steps)and you are on the beach. Easy parking. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping,groceries golf 2 min. Drive.
