BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not stay at this property. It is not a traditional VRBO. It is managed by Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals and they DO NOT care about the property. The reason there are no bad reviews is because they have people sign nondisclosure/gag orders to get money back. (Picture attached) Before our arrival they texted us offering us to add a third night for a discounted rate. We did based on the photos and reviews. Mistake. Upon arrival, it was dirty. Dirty toilet, dirty shower. Half smoked cigar on the porch, used flatware on the deck. The couch is stained. The hammock is laying in pieces in the garage. There are home repair pieces all over the property. The shower door fell off the track. I almost fell in the shower, then discovered it was because an entire bottle of shampoo was spilled and never cleaned. We walked 20 minutes to the beach access with the access card, to get there and the card no longer works. The kitchen is far from stocked. Do not expect to have what you need to make a basic meal. We had to go buy a skillet, just so we could cook. We reached out to property managers and they said we needed to check out by 1100 on Monday the 13th and they would refund our third night and they’d send us a new agreement. We did as they said. They sent the agreement two hours after they said we had to check out. It was a nondisclosure agreement. So they STOLE from us. We checked out on time as told. Now, the money isn’t worth us sharing the truth! STAY AWAY from here
