This property is the absolute best for families and boating. The kids loved fishing and swimming off the deck. The boat slip is covered and after a hot day this made unloading incredibly easy. Perfect trip

Awesome location

Property was a less maintained than some of the others in the same area. Neighbors were a lot better landscaped. I believe the owner also runs a fishing charter from the other side of the house.

Perfect for boats!

We had a great stay! Each room had its own bathroom and privacy! Perfect location and ease with our boat! We will be back! I gave 5 star for winery but this was not at a winery…I am so pleased with everything else that I did not want to bring the overall rating down.

Ideal house if you want to bring your boat, we loved the upper deck just off the living area for morning coffee and evening chats, the house is well laid out and spacious, nice dishes and plenty of utensils, however we were unaware the stove top was conduction , meaning you can only use certain pots and pans, there were lots of different pots and pans but none worked, had to call and ask why then the pans that were supposed to be used were in horrible shape, they brought us a new set, then there were all these metal utensils I couldn’t use in the special pans . I think they need a regular stove top or make sure to eliminate pots and pans and utensils that can’t be used with this strange stovetop! When we first arrived the grounds were bushy and needed to be weedeated the garbage wasn’t put out to the road by previous guest, I called and it was taken care of, the plugin is on the upper deck to connect to the boat so visitors need to bring a long cord! The place really needs a deep cleaning and towel hooks by the sink in all 3 bathrooms! Also we had a bit of an ant problem not our fault! But we really loved the boat house! Sad you can’t park your boat trailer in the driveway cause there’s plenty of room ! I mean who would know! Also all the showers were great, all the beds were comfortable! Perfect place for 3 couples, plus the bunk beds, honestly yall it’s a great place to stay I’m just suggesting some improvements!
