Great stay in wonderful location!

Backyard is divine, with plenty of indoor space for us to relax and hangout. Quick drive to the beach, restaurants, grocery and liquor store!

Great location. Lots of room. Great outdoor area, large pool and pool deck. Had some maintenance issues with plumbing and air but they jumped on it immediately and corrected the issue. Perfect location, lots to do in the area, walking distance to restaurants. A few minutes drive to the beach. Family loved it.

We loved this space! Having two littles was a bit nerve wracking but it worked out great! Beds were comfy and the house was super clean. The outdoor area was wonderful!

Brief Holiday

We will absolutely be booking through them, and this property again in the future. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and guiding us as we prepared for our first family vacation with kids. He made great recommendations on where to go for certain items to make sure we had everything that we needed. Overall a great experience, great property, and great vacation!

Disappointing

I will start by saying that this was our 4th stay in South Florida via VRBO. Until now, the description of the property were pretty much spot-on. However, this time was a disappointing exception. The pictures do not tell the true story. First of all, the property needs an immediate renovation/renewal. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the paint is peeling all over the property, the appliances are at least 25 years old and the mattresses have lost all their firmness. The sofa and rug in the living room are worn out and haven’t been steam cleaned in years. If that was not enough, we found the property in FILTHY condition upon arrival - the kitchen was dirty, the cabinets and countertop were terribly greasy. The floors all over the house were sticky and the closets had so much dust in them, that we refrained from unpacking our belongings. The kitchen had rugs that had oil and grease stains. The shower in the master bedroom was clogged. I will note that when we contacted Jonathan, the property manager, he reacted swiftly and sent a cleaning crew and plumber the next day. The cleaners worked for 2-3 hours to clean the residence. We had them remove the rugs and cover the sofas with clean sheets. However, it should have not come to this. Finally, I will note that the outdoor facilities were gorgeous! The pool was clean and heated. I think that if the owner were to invest in renewing the house, it would be a true gem. Until then, this definitely NOT a premier property.

Christmas break

House was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the backyard as it had lots of space. Short drive to the beach and able to walk to shops to get all of your groceries, etc. Property host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Great family spot!

This is well loved home! Plenty of space for hanging out, plenty of room to sleep and the pool was AMAZING for our family. We spent most of our time in the water as traffic is pretty heavy around this area. The Publix is so close! Made it easy to get food there and the kids didn’t have to leave the pool. Private bedroom in the back was great for grandparents. It would be nice to have a tv in the back private suite. We had a wonderful stay!!!!

Great house/pool/outdoor area - poor communication

The property was very good overall. The outdoor space we used extensively during all hours of the day and it was just excellent! The house was well appointed, had some good space, plenty of beds/options to host two families and we enjoyed the location. There was NO communication from Evolve Travel, who manages the property locally until 10 minutes prior to our check in time for the home which was maddening after we'd arrived in South Florida hours earlier. The only other negative was the outdoor grill had 2 of 4 burners working. Overall, great home, pool, amenities and location.

My family of six enjoyed staying in this home for five nights. The pool was perfect, there was plenty of space, the neighborhood was nice, and beds were comfortable. We would love to visit again sometime!

Nice but thought would be a bit better for the cost

The cleanliness of the outside property was good. The inside could use a thorough deep cleaning. The outside garbages were overflowing full when we arrived. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towel, had to go buy our own. (As nothing was plump full when arrived) The bikes were in need of repair - contacted the manager of property and he did come and get handled next day. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. The heated pool was the most beautiful and clean. Overall our experience was good. Definitely needs a few tweaks. (Especially for the cost.) Would shop around a bit more next time.

Girls Trip/ Great price

I booked this home for a Momacation for my girlfriends and myself. The outdoor space is great. That is where we spent most of our time... in the pool. The location is great and a short ride to the market and mall. We felt safe and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. However, the one bedroom with the low bed should be upgraded. The bed was soft just too low to the floor. All in all, I would book this place again. PS. The contact person was great and helpful.

Incredible stay!

This house was fantastic! The pool was the perfect temperature and incredibly clean — the yard was absolutely beautiful with the landscaping, lighting, and multiple areas to sit/hang out. Beds were so comfortable with spacious rooms and closets. Bathrooms and linens were very clean. There were a ton of high quality JBL speakers provided as well which were so handy for all of the rooms. It was the perfect getaway!! Saving this listing for sure!

GREAT PROPERTY

This property is really a wonderful place, from the moment we entered till the time we closed the door for the last time, everything was great. Everything was sparkling clean upon our arrival, nothing was out of place. We really loved the size, so much room to roam around. The pool area so relaxing and quiet, a great neighborhood also. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen came with everything and more. Loved the fact I didn't have to bring my portable speakers, they had 5 for you to use, an added plus. We really didn't want to leave, so glad I booked 8 days. I will definitely be booking this property again in the near future.

Average...could easily be better

This place is "fine" but could be so much nicer with a little money spent and a few upgrades. Pros: Backyard/Pool is nice Private back yard Quiet neighborhood Close to beaches: about 2 miles Beds were relatively comfortable Cons: Lots of little things that added up -Property manager communication was poor. Did not respond to two emails and one voice mail prior to our trip. Jonathan from "Property Angel" responded only to two emails during our stay that had a bit of urgency. Did answer one call from another member in our party. -No matching tupperware - storing leftovers was a process - Very low on all supplies. We had to buy paper towel, TP, ziplocs (many sizes), olive oil and more -Grill- arrived to one empty propane tank thrown randomly in the hidden back/side yard, no brush to clean grill -Large spot in hallway (perhaps a hole) plastered over but not painted, looks very bad. Similar on ceiling (patchwork). Fresh paint would make a big difference - Outdoor seating section....two 2-person seats both very old, frayed, torn. Looked nasty and did not want to use them. Time to upgrade - Pool "toys" were old and a few rafts deflated. We bought and left beach toys and buckets, boogie boards, two inner tubes, fishing poles and net (I would not expect poles and net to be there, but we left them) - Hidden areas were filled with the junk and crap. No one apparently goes to the property to throw stuff away. One area is where all the pool equipment is, another weird storage cabinet along the house -Landscaping- several old/dead/empty flower pots. Dead plants/empty flower beds. Many dead palm tree leaves. Inside- couch and furniture are worn/old. I recognize this is a rental. Owners don't need to pay "top dollar" for replacement items, but is as if no one besides a cleaning person has looked at this property in years. After departing, I asked the property manager if he goes to the property. No response. Would be very easy and not all that expensive to address nearly all these issues.

Great property

The property was clean and had plenty of towels, etc for the bathrooms. The only down side was the hot tub wasn’t very hot and we weren’t able to turn it on and the pool needed cleaning. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home!

My family and I enjoyed this house from top to bottom. It was clean, smelled fresh and the pool was amazing! We didn’t have to call for assistance one time as everything worked perfectly! We will definitely book this house again!
